Nobody ever showed up

The tabletop was ordered by telephone. The owner was very cooperative in handling this transaction over the telephone. I was called two days later and told it was ready to be picked up. It was exactly the correct size.

They were very professional and responsive through the whole process. I would highly recommend them for their quick and reasonably priced service. They came to my home and replaced the window within an hour, plus gave me some tips on how to maintain my door so that it would move easier.

Steve took the frame to his shop, replaced the glass, and returned and put it in (after 3-4 business days). He was very personable, communicated very nicely, and came when he had promised. Great experience.

Called and they came within an hour for the repair. Very professional and efficient. Glass pane looks just like the other panes in the door.

Everything went well. Jim came out and did the work. He told me the window needs resetting and that Supreme and most window companies do not reset windows. He gave the name of a lumber company he thought could give me a referral.

Quick & easy. Dropped frame off, it was ready the next day. He pointed out the splintered wood, and gave me options on how detailed I wanted the repair to be. Quick, professional service. Fair price.

I brought the window in, and it was completed within a day or two. Service was friendly and price was reasonable.

Supreme did a very nice job replacing some panes in a our leaded glass windows. You cannot tell that they have been replaced, and they did a very nice job of matching the new with the old. They were quick to return my calls and e-mails, and also to accommodate my schedule. Very nice company to deal with.

They were prompt in picking up the damaged storm window. The window was repaired, delivered, and installed within two days. Their estimate was much less than another company. I recommend this company and will use them again.

Did the work quickly, advised we bring window in to save money as opposed to having it repaired at home. Sealing is a little noticeable but I am not sure it could be done any less so.

INSTALLER ARRIVED ON TIME, DID THE WORK DESCRIBED, CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS AND REMOVED OLD STORM DOOR AND OLD STORM WINDOW. VERY SATISFIED AND WILL USE AGAIN.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT FROM OUR FIRST VISIT TO THE CLEVELAND HEIGHTS SHOWROOM. THE TECHNICIAN WAS ABLE TO COME TO OUR HOME AT OUR CONVENIENCE FOR MEASURING THE OPENINGS AND FOR INSTALLING THE NEW WINDOWS. THE WINDOWS CAME IN IN LESS TIME THAN HAD BEEN PROMISED. THE INSTALLATION WAS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY NEAT. WE FELT CONFIDENT THAT THIS LOCAL BUSINESS WAS VERY FAMILIAR WITH SOME OF THE QUIRKS THAT EXIST IN OLDER HOMES AND THERE WERE NO SURPRISES WHEN IT CAME TIME TO INSTALL THE NEW WINDOWS. EVERYONE AT SUPREME GLASS WAS PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH.

THERE WAS AN INTERNAL PROBLEM WITH THE WINDOWS. THE SCREENS WOULDN'T MOVE THE WAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. APPARENTLY IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. IT TOOK SEVERAL TRIES TO GET IT RIGHT.

THEY GAVE ME A WONDERFUL PRICE, THEY WERE PROMPT. DID AN EXCELLENT INSTALLATION JOB. I HAVE DEALT WITH THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS, I TRUST THEM. THEIR PRICE WAS MUCH BETTER THAN OTHERS.

WE'VE USED THEM FOR LITTLE JOBS IN THE PAST TO REPAIR WINDOWS. THIS WAS A BIG JOB AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

JIM DID THE WORK ALL BY HIMSELF. WHEN A PEEP HOLE WAS NOT INSTALLED IN ONE DOOR AT THE FACTORY, HE RETURNED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO INSTALL IT.

HE IS VERY, VERY GOOD. HE EVEN DID MY LEADED GLASS WINDOWS IN THE PAST. HE ALWAYS DOES A GOOD JOB, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HE IS VERY PRECISE AND EXACT IN THE WORK THAT HE DOES.

OFFERED TO FIX IT RIGHT THERE ON THE SPOT. CHEAP AND EASY -- WISH I HAD HIM FIX IT SOONER.

VERY EFFICIENT COMPANY - THEY DID THE WORK VERY PROFESSIONALLY AND TO MY EXACT REQUEST.

REASONABLE, PROMPT AND HIGHLY COMPETENT.

THEY DO GOOD WORK. IT TAKES 2-3 WEEKS TO GET WINDOWS CUSTOM MADE. THEY GIVE ME INSTALLED PRICE ON THEIR QUOTES. THEY ARE NOT CHEAP, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THEY CAN INSTALL FROM THE EXTERIOR IF YOU CANT BE THERE.

MITCH CLINE DID WONDERFUL JOB WITH OUR HARD TO STAIN DECK. HE WAS WELL WORTH THE MONEY WE PAID. HE PAID A LOT OF ATTENTION TO ALL THE DETAILED WORK, WAS VERY NEAT, WORKED NON-STOP, VERY POLITE, AND MADE THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE A BREEZE. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN ANYTIME. HE IS FULLY INSURED AND HAS REFERENCES.
