Technicare Carpet Cleaning

They are very good. We began using them when they first started their company, and they have been consistently very good. As they have grown, they changed their names but the quality has remained the same and their prices are reasonable. It has worked out very well.

Mike said he would schedule me for a cleaning, and two days later Mike and his partner cleaned my gutters and checked my skylight. I was very pleased with the work and Mike was very nice and professional.

Serviceman called before scheduled time to tell me he could come early if I wanted. In addition to moving all the furniture, he helped me pick up other items off the floor. Did a great job, removed all the dirt and spots. Friendly serviceman. I thought the carpet cleaning price was reasonable, but it cost $40 to stain protect two rooms, which I thought was rather high given that it took about 2 minutes to spray on the protectant. Other than that, they are very good. I will call them again.

They were very responsive before I paid for the job. However, after the job was completed, I haven't been able to contact them. The deck was poorly sanded and did not take the sealant. It looks the same as it did before I had the work done. To be fair, they had never worked with the non-toxic; however he did state that if there was a problem I could call them back. I have been trying to contact them four months. Also, when they sanded my deck, they did not cover my A/C unit. While I was on my vacation my A/C stopped working and the A/C repair company had to spend 2 hours cleaning wood chips out of my A/C

They had well trained staff. They were very courteous and seemed to truly care about the job. They even came a little early. I am going to call them to come back and have them clean my carpets. They offer a lot of services, so we will call them for those services in the future.

Two young Technicare employees did an excellent job. They worked quickly and carefully, and it was a pleasure to have them in my home. The work was completed in about an hour and a half.

This company is Phenomenal! I have used them now twice to clean my home. Mostly I have them clean around the furniture (walking areas) so they adjust my original estimate to the amount of work they do and do a great job! This is the first time I have used them to do my office carpet cleaning (and actually the first time I have had my office carpet cleaned). After the office carpets were cleaned there was one spot that was missed. Also I had real concerns about the "nap" of the carpet looking very strangely in some areas. Upon my call to the office they scheduled someone to come out and 're-do' the carpets at my convenience. Upon mentioning to the Carpet Cleaning Manager, Joe, when he was cleaning my home carpets, that I really wanted him to come 're-do' the office carpets he said he would. Joe was awesome in explaining the differences in commercial and residential carpets and how the 'patterns' I was seeing were due to the amount of glue the carpet installers used (or didn't use) under the carpets (commercial carpet is glued directly to concrete). Also I have wondered for years why some of my commercial carpet 'shrunk' away from the walls. Joe was the first person ever to explain to me that it was because not enough glue was used at those areas. You can tell which carpet installer did which parts of the office by which areas shrunk and which areas did not. Even the Carpet Installer, T.W. Ruff, could never explain why that happened and they are in the carpet business! Amazing! I am so relieved to have found an expert in Joe who was finally able to confirm what I suspected all along. You learn so much when you build anything much less a commercial building! I'd be lost without Angie's List to provide the best Service Providers, I used 9 Service Providers off Angie's List to fix what my builder did very poorly. Technical provides many services. I will be using them again for carpet cleaning both, at home and office, and am reviewing their other services as well! Fantastic Service!

Technicare showed up about 1/2 hour late to my house, so it did not start on a good note. They also left behind a bit of debris on the window sills as well as left foot prints in my shower when they cleaned the window in the shower. However, they did an excellent job on my windows and I now have more light in my house than before.

They showed up promptly and walked through the process with me. I came home to a clean house and a note that everything had been taken care of. We had issues with the AC unit after they cleaned the ducts due to the holes they put in the duct work to suction out the dirt. They came back to help seal those holes further after reporting the issue to the company.

It went very nice. They were both very personable and polite. They listened to me when I told them a couple of areas I wanted them to work on. The guy used a deodorizer on a few areas that were smelling funny. I told him that I found him on Angie's List. It went great.
