Technicare Carpet Cleaning

They are very good to work with. They are very professional and pleasant to work with. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

They were very prompt very professional and they did a great job. Except for the clean up around the deck. There was quite a bit of debris. I don't know if they just didn't notice or if it just wasn't part of their services. There was a lot of dust after sanding the deck that I thought they would clean up, but they didn't.

Earliest appointment was one week out. Appointment was between 1:00 and 3:00; a two man team arrived at 2:00. Showed them the 4 areas (family room, master bed, stairs, and hallway). Got tough stains out of light colored carpet (tar, tree sap, and blood were toughest stains). Job was completed in 1 hour. Minor concern were: added a $5 fuel service charge to cost, did not keep the front door closed while cleaning, cleaned around heavy pieces (i.e. would not lift furniture), and did not offer Scotch Guarding of high traffic areas. Overall, they did a great job.

They were excellent. Two people came out and they were very nice and professional. It was cheaper than we thought it was going to be. It was very reasonable. We were very pleased with the quality of work.

The boys were late, and the telephone person had only put me down for having 1 recliner cleaned instead of 2; HOWEVER, the boys cleaned it for free since they were late, so I felt we were EVEN-STEVEN. They did a great job of cleaning!! Everything looked great and smelled wonderful.

We have used Technicare several times now. Every time we use them, they are courteous and reliable. This most recent time, I talked to Vicky and explained to her that we were hosting a party in four days. Though they were booking appointments well into the next month, she worked us in to have our windows cleaned the day of our party. I appreciate their willingness to accommodate our time frame.

The thing I like best about them is that when they left the carpets weren't all soggy they did a good job at drying them. They were out on time and they finished the job quickly.

The work was done competently and quickly with a minimum of noise or family disruption. They arrived as promised.

My experience with them was fine. They were professional. They came in and did a good job and they were gone. They were quick and efficient. I will use them again when I need their services.

Nobody is as good as they are! They are the best and I will never use anybody else but them. Their prices are decent, and my carpets always come out a completely different color which is GREAT (I have two dogs, two cats, and two kids!). You know it's working!

They were very punctual and professional in their response to my inquiry. There was a $5 fuel surcharge included in the quote. I'm sure they would have done a great job, however they were more than 50% higher than any other quote I had obtained.

Well--I REALLY need to clarify the pricing. I had an original estimate done for $308.54 to clean them--but, was lucky enough to win a drawing by Technicare on the 4th of July---for $300 worth of blind cleaning. SO--I only paid $8.54!! :) However--the process could not have gone smoother. I have used them before for other services--always prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Two techs came to pick the blinds up between 8 and 10 am. They were on time and quick. Blinds were returned at 3 pm, as promised and I couldn't be happier. They look AWESOME!!!

The floor looks great and is now protected from salt being tracked in from our car tires, gasoline, oil, etc.
