Technicare Carpet Cleaning

We have used them more than other companies. I think that it's the employees that make the difference. They take care to extract as much moisture as possible. They seem to take pride in their work and are professional.

They were very professional. They were very thorough. The people who did the job were very nice and friendly. They provided really good customer service. They were able to answer any questions I had.

Ray and Brian did an exceptional job cleaning our carpets and a chair.

Overall, they did a pretty good job although some of the windows were missed.

It was a great experience to have Technicare clean our carpets. I received the estimate and scheduled the appt. over the phone. The guys called me on their way over to my house to confirm their arrival. They arrived at the beginning of the time window assigned to me. They reviewed the area and said that my actual price would be lower than quoted. They explained their process and went ahead with their work. The carpets look great! I would definitely use them again.

This is the third time we have had Technicare out to clean our cream colored carpets (they came with the house - believe me, I did not pick out the color). Technicare always does a great job and they can finish the hallway and stairs in less time than it takes me to get my steam cleaner out. The carpet dries in no time and looks brand new!

Last time we had our carpets cleaned, we used a different company. This time we decided to use Technicare based on the positive remarks that clients had reported on Angie's List. They arrived promptly and were extremely professional and friendly. They were able to remove the stains from our carpet. They were very careful and even put a cloth in the door so they could close our front door around the hose. We had moved most of our furniture the night before and when they arrived at our home they told us that we didn't have to move anything...they would move furniture and items in our rooms and place them back where they belong when they finished. They were able to answer questions we had and even provided us with information regarding other services that we inquired on. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely incredible! They were punctual, did a great job - pointed out other issues that I have on the house (that I had no idea of!); were extremely tidy, neat and professional. I hired Technicare to clean my air ducts after finishing some major renovations on my house. The crew arrived on time and introduced themselves. They explained the process to me and made me aware that some of my furniture would have to be moved to reach all the vents. I have hardwood floors and they where extremely careful with their equipment as not to scratch or damage anything. The whole process took around 4 hours and they even vacuumed the vents by hand to retrieve any remaining debris. When they finished, they cleaned up the areas they worked in and moved all the furniture back in its original place. They showed me all the debris collected and once again reviewed the work that was done. Overall, the work was completed by professionals who are punctual and thorough. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Went fine, was able to schedule easily, crew showed up on time and completed the job. My carpet areas are rather worn and frequently soiled; they are able to remove the pet stains as requested.

Carpet repair looks terrible. We've had previous repairs of a similar nature with no visible signs, but this looks horrible. To the company's credit, they agreed to waive the charges when I sent them pictures. They have done a good job with window cleaning and gutter cleaning, but I cannot recommend them for carpet repair.

Overall, the experience went fine. I do wish there had been more assistance offered with color matching the actual color of the deck. That service should be offered as part of the deck refinishing process versus leaving it to the customer to figure out.

Technicare has been to my home to clean carpets, do windows, clean out gutters, and clean grout on a tile floor. I have always been very pleased with their service and would recommend them to friends.

They were very nice. I didn't think the actual cleaning was that great. I was blown away by stain treatment and there were cleaner stains left after they were gone. They were punctual and friendly. The price seems a little high for the quality of work I received. They said if there were any problems to give them a call back but I didn't, so I didn't really give them a chance to correct their mistakes.

They did a lot of extra things for us. They did a real good job.

Fine the first time, until 3 hours after they left I noticed brown streaks on our Berber carpet. I immediately called back and was told that happens every so often, no big deal, another service crew would come out the next day and re-apply a different concentration of the cleaning solution. I didn't really care how it happened or why, I was just happy they would come out again and make it right, whatever it takes. Anyway, when the new crew came, they started talking about how bad the first crew had screwed up and went into this long technical explanation that I finally had to cut them off and explain that I didn't really care for the long reason why, just fix it and that's it! (I don't think they liked that though!) Anyway, the carpet came out fine, and I'm a satisfied customer.

Jeff was timely when coming to give an estimate. In the estimating process, he provided a great deal of information concerning the process, and one area of the floor where there could be a problem in a number of years. This was one of the best estimating processes I've experienced. Jay came to begin the 4-day coating process as scheduled. Since this was after the Wind Storm of 2008, we had no electricity; however, he brought two generators. He kept us informed as to what was happening throughout the week. At the end of each day and upon completion everything was cleaned up. The bottom line is that I was very impressed with the work Technicare did for me and will consider them for other types of work in the future.
