Technicare Carpet Cleaning

I think that this company is very efficient and professional. They hauled away the leaves. They were careful of the grass and shrubs around the house.

They are great! They are very prompt and their work is always excellent. They give you a fair quote and never go over it. They are very careful, attentive and they always remove their shoes before coming in. They are very polite, they do the job and get out of the way. They are always on time or early and they always call. We have been extremely happy with them and we will continue to use them.

It went very well. It was fairly easy to make an appointment with them. It seemed that the carpets stayed cleaner longer as opposed to other companies. The staff was very professional and I was pleased with the results.

The representatives from Technicare arrived on time (despite the icy weather). They quickly got to work and carefully cleaned everything they were asked to clean. They even cleaned the master walk-in closet even though I didn't ask them to. They also cleaned an additional room with no problem. The staff was courteous and friendly and did a wonderful job. I also received a reminder call a couple days in advance.

We've used Technicare in the past and have always been pleased with their work. Their cleaning crews are always professional and pleasant. We have white carpeting in the majority of our home. It looks great when Technicare is done.

I have never used them before. The carpeting came out looking lovely and there were parts of it that I thought I was going to have to throw away. They told me that they would call me the day before and remind me when they were coming and they did. The lady on the phone was very informative and helpful. They came to do the job exactly when they said that they would.

Professional, pleasant & when I called them about a spot that was still on the floor they came out the next day.

They cleaned the gutters as quick as they could and they were very courteous. They were very nice and did a good job and they were reasonably priced and I would use them in the future.

These people always do a good job. They come in and do the work quickly. They use a hot water extraction that leave the carpets looking very good. They put things back and clean up well.

I was not happy with the job they did. There were still spots, and I called them and they did come back and still did not get the spots out. I thought that they were going to use steam cleaning and put the chemical in to extract the spot, and they just used the padding with the scrubber and they really did not get down into the spot to get it out.

I had scheduled another carpet cleaning company over the weekend that did not show up, so I called Technicare to see if they could come the same week since I already had everything put away for the cleaning and was having a party the next weekend. Not only were they able to accommodate my time frame they even had the time that I wanted to have it done available (in the a.m.). They called ahead of time to let me know how long it would be from their last location to my location. I was especially impressed with the professionalism of this company and the 2 men who were here to clean the carpet. They both introduced themselves, shook my hand and had me show them what needed to be done. They did the carpets in a very timely manner and got out all the stains (from a puppy) that were on the carpets. Although they were a little more expensive than some other places I had called, the promptness, professionalism and job that they did on my carpet was well worth it. This company does much more than just carpet cleaning, which I didn't realize until I got their list of what they do. I would use them for any of the many services they provide, after the great experience I had with this company. I love Angie's list for this reason, which is where I got their name and recommendations! GREAT JOB!!

Tony & Sean were on time. As usual they were very polite & did an outstanding job. The atrium window is not an easy task & they did it with a smile! 10/28/10 - different crew this time but equally as good as those in the past.

They did a fine job. We have no complaints. They were efficient, on-time and will use them again.

They are very thorough. They are anxious to please and will accommodate special requests. Their prices are reasonable. I have used them in the past and I have been generally pleased. They are very professional and come on time. They will usually call and tell you when they will be there.

Went like clock work. I had already taken off and cleaned the screens and they put them back up on the upper level.

It was a very good experience. There was one problem with the power washing, some panels and a gate to my yard were broken. I have followed up with them and I've spoken to Vicki. Someone named Jim C is supposed to contact me regarding these issues. I've made two calls to them about this, and due to our weather being a little warmer, they said that they are a little behind in trying to get caught up on some of the outside work but will take care of the problem.

They did a great job. They showed up on time. They were very friendly, nice, and professional. They cleaned up really well after themselves. We were very satisfied with their services.

The job went well. A team of 2 window washers completed the work in 1.25 hours. They missed one window but after an e-mail they came back within 10 days & took care of it. My only complaint is their arrival time. They were scheduled to arrive at 1:30 p.m. & they called at 11:20 a.m. to ask if they could come in the next 15 minutes. I could have said no, however I wanted the project completed so I said yes. This is definitely a trend with this company. They are either on time (which is what I expect) or they call & want to come earlier. I guess that's better than being late.

The gentleman who came was on time, very polite, and did not leave any type of mess when he left. At first the carpets looked fine but then a mark in one of the rooms came back the same day. I called about a week later and the company was very accommodating and said they would come back out and redo that spot. When they came and went over the spot again, I could still see it. The gentleman who was here didn't seem too concerned about the fact that the spot didn't come up. He offered no suggestions nor did he offer to use any type of product to remedy the situation. Also, when I initially made the appointment, I was told there would be a $5.00 fuel charge. I questioned the charge since gas was now less than $2.00 a gallon. The woman on the phone said she would see what she could do. When I got the bill, I was charged the additional $5.00. I paid it since I was told about it, but it seemed unfair of the company to charge me for an expense they didn't need to incur.

GREAT! I used Technicare a year ago for the same window cleaning service. They called before they came out and arrived exactly when they said they would. Josh, Mike and Sean were a polite, conscientious team. They removed their shoes before entering the house and set to work right away. They paid attention to details and were extra careful around the silk drapes in two of the rooms. A stubborn spot on a kitchen window got extra attention. My whole house feels fresh! The service is worth every penny. I will definitely call Technicare again.
