Technicare Carpet Cleaning

Two gentlemen were very professional and pleasant. Arrived and left in a timely manner doing a terrific job.

My gutters were pooled up with water and they came out within 2 days. They were very friendly, answered all my questions and they took care of the problem. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

I always use them when I have my carpets cleaned. The people they send are very professional. They are very careful with your belongings and they do an excellent job on the windows. I've never had any complaints about them.

Awesome. At first I was apprehensive about spending that much on window cleaning but they did such a great job, no streaks, windows were sparkly clean and they even cleaned the basement window's which I thought they would have forgotten. I'll be calling them every spring.

Jeffrey from Technicare came out to provide estimates on cleaning and screen repair services and discuss time frames for the work to be performed. Our window screens were starting to deteriorate from age and weather so we decided to have them all replaced at once. Jeffrey explained they could pick them up when they came out to clean the windows then return/install them a few weeks later. However because the weather is cooler we like to have the windows open and didn't want to be without screens that long so we made arrangements to drop them off ourselves at their location a week before our appointment so they could bring them back and install them when they came to clean the windows. I work afternoons and made the appointment for the morning so I wouldn't have to be too late for work. Josh called me at 8:10 am letting me know they were arrive in about 20 minutes. He showed up with Sean and Brian and the three went to work cleaning both outside and inside my windows including the sills. Then they installed the newly repaired screens. Josh asked if there was anything else I wanted done so I decided to have the chandelier in the front hall cleaned too as it's difficult to reach. Any furniture, curtains and other items were put back in place. It took about 1 1/2 hours to do everything so I was able to get to work on time. Before they came I had spotted a small section of the exterior vinyl siding above a 2nd floor was missing. When I mentioned it they offered to take a look. The piece had slid back probably during the last wind storm and they were able to get it back in place which was very much appreciated. Now we don't have to be concerned about trying to find a way to reach it to fix ourselves. Overall they did a great job and what a difference being able to look out of crystal clear glass. We will use them again if we have other cleaning projects.

They were pretty good. I had to ask them to do my basement windows, and then they did.

We used Technicare several years ago and we accidentally called in another company last time but they did a horrible job. Technicare was able to get the stains out that the other company could not. They did an excellent job.

Ray was very professional and efficient. He called ahead to let me know that he would arrive near the end of the time window, which was very helpful. The carpets and rugs he cleaned now look great, including where some ground in dirt had previously been. He also gave me advice on how to treat pet accidents in the future. I would definitely recommend Technicare.

They were very professional, timely, and I thought that their price for the carpet cleaning was fair for the quality of work that they provided. I was impressed that they were able to get up some of the harder stains. I think they do good work with windows and with carpets. I would use them again in the future.

We're very happy with their work. A little pricey but we wanted to support the local Powell compnay.

Technicare arrived on time. They were polite, neat and clean, both in manner and dress. They performed all work in a timely manner ans were respectful of our property. They asked if everything was done to our satisfaction and seemed genuinely concerned that we were satisfied. We would definitely use them again.

They did an outstand job start to finish. The process took 3 days which we expected. They provide various services and a month later we had carpet cleaned in our living areas and we have never had a company clean our carpet as well as Technicare. We were very pleased with both jobs completed.

The window cleaning crew arrived right on time. They were very courteous, informative, and friendly. They went right to work and did a very thorough job. The blind crew then arrived, took down all the blinds, and took them away for ultrasonic cleaning. They came back later that day, hung the blinds, and even repaired three of them at no extra charge.

Again, they arrived as scheduled, were professional and pleasant to have in your home.

The techs are always on time and will phone before arrival. Receptionist, Vicki, is super friendly too. On this particular visit the team helped me resolve an issue I had with a stained window blind for very reasonable price.
