Technicare Carpet Cleaning

In November I called Technicare and scheduled for an estimate on Christmas lighting for my home. They scheduled a time that was convenient for me. Jeff Turner, Technicare Representative, arrived on time, very energetic and ready to discuss what I had in mind. I told him I wanted the same lighting as last year, but wanted to add some lighting to the roof line and the side of the house that faces the road coming into the subdivision. I wasn't sure what kind of lighting I wanted for the side and asked Jeff for some suggetions. He came up with a suggestion of adding lighted garland and a lighted wreath. We scheduled the lights to be put up December 4th. The office at Technicare (Vicki) kept in contact with me prior to December 4th to confirm what I wanted and the cost. Two days prior to installation, I received a call to remind me of the upcoming lighting. On December 4th, Jeff Turner called me to let me know approximate time of his arrival. He arrived on time. Jeff and his coworker Paul, went right to work. It took them about 4 hours (in the cold & wind) to complete the job...and WOW what an excellent job. My home looks absolutely beautiful -- I have used Technicare for many other services (window cleaning, carpet cleaning and air ducts) and have never been disappointed. This is a company that really cares about the customer and I highly recommend them for any service they provide.

Just great. I am very pleased with the job they did. This was the second time I've had Technicare wash my windows for me. I will call them again in 2010.

We had them a couple of times and one time they did better than the other, but, I don't want to rate them low.

We went with them because of their high ratings. I thought that they were absolutely wonderful. There was a spot on our carpet that we thought was ruined because our puppy had chewed it up but they were able to fix it for us. They were very professional and the guy that helped us out, Jeff, was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end.

They do a good job and the pretreated the high traffic areas. My only complaint with them is that the price was a little high. Honestly, when I called them to tell them how many rooms, I probably wasn?t very clear on my measurements so I got charged more for my bigger rooms; I wasn?t happy with their pricing policy but that might be just as much my fault. They were great but they were expensive.

They are always prompt. Whenever I call, they usually get me in right away. They took out some stains which I thought that they could not. The carpets are fairly dry when they leave. They are a little more expensive than other companies but, the quality of their work is good. They wave off $20 on their next visit whenever I refer them to my friends and if they use their service.

Great...they give you what the promise.

The cost for the roof cleaning, was just on the part I couldn't reach myself. I am not convinced that the window washing was really worth it, so I decided to take it on myself. I didn't run into any problems with communication and I appreciated their professionalism. I will use this service again in the future except for the window washing.

They were wonderful; they were very prompt and very professional. They were also very helpful and courteous. They are really a top notch company.

We moved into our home about 3 years ago and had all of our carpets cleaned using a "dry cleaning" system. Some previous stains remained. Although we only wear slippers in our home, the carpets needed cleaning. We waited longer than we normally do to have our carpets cleaned because we got a puppy. Needless to say, our carpet were over due for cleaning. We wanted to make sure our dog was no longer having "accidents" before we had our carpets cleaned. Our "clean" carpets look fabulous! Even the stains that did not come out the first time we had our carpets cleaned disappeared! Because of their appearance prior to the cleaning, we thought we may need to buy new carpet. We are so pleased with the way our carpets look that we will not be in the market for new carpets for a while. All of the Technicare employees were very professional. They were prompt; they completed the job in record time and the customer service representatives were timely at returning our phone calls. We decided to use Techinicare because a few of our friends have used them and they were very pleased. Techincare is a strong supporter of our community so we went ahead and reviewed their customer comments on "The List." We were impressed with the customer comments. We are thrilled we had outstanding work done by a locally owned company. It's great to support a business that is passionate about giving back to their community!

I am planning to use them again. They were good and I liked working with them. They didn?t miss anything and even cleaned under the furniture legs. The price seemed to be a pretty good deal to me.

They had a guarantee and also spoke a lot in detail about allergies. They understood the health of our home and set me at ease in terms of not just cleaning the ducts but also removing those allergens. I have allergies and I've noticed that they house is much cleaner day to day.

Very professional and courteous process included estimate, explanation of details (how they clean screens for example), scheduling,quick and efficient cleaning, and excellent job of responding to my concerns about spots missed -- resulting in a return visit within a short time and final completion to our satisfaction. They seemed unusually capable and intelligent. Also gave me detailed estimates on other work we did not decide to do (deck related).

The carpet looks very clean. Technicare did a good job extracting the water after cleaning, so the carpet dried quickly. They protected wall corners from being scratched by equipment. They made helpful suggestions. I have used them before, and they have always been very professional.

They did a good job with both. I feel like they missed a couple things on the windows, so they fixed it right there. The guys were very professional.

The carpets in the house were only two years old but multiple pets had caused some stains and a great deal of dirt. Technicare came promptly when scheduled (they were actually a few minutes early but called to let me know) and did a very thorough job. All the stains I pointed out were removed. Additionally, the technicians cleaned two small area rugs at no cost and without my even asking them to. We had moved all the furniture out to expedite the process, but they moved the beds to clean under them and then returned them to the original position. Great work at a reasonable price.

They were professional and punctual. They were reasonably priced as well. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

They were prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. I live in a large ranch house with wall-to-ceiling windows all around. They had come out and had done their work well. They had done everything they said they were going to do. They had given me an estimate too, so I knew what I was paying. They were fine, and I will use them again.

They were on time and prompt, and did a good job. Everything was good there. We were dissatisfied with their price though. There was a coupon that we thought they would honor but they didn?t.

I have used this company for years to clean my carpet and have never been disappointed. They called prior to arriving and were within the scheduled time. I asked Brian if he could repair a 3" to 4" line of Berber carpeting that was unraveling. I didn't know if they could do this. He repaired it while his co-worker cleaned the carpet. The repair only cost me $35.00 and it was well worth it.
