+ 0 moreWe tried this company based on Angie's List recommendations and were not disappointed. There were a few areas of pet stains, oil from the dogs' coats, where the light carpet was discolored. Other providers could not do anything, but Technicare did get the out,. We (and the puppies) were very pleased.

+ -1 moreI have had a few different carpet cleaners in the last three years and I feel that Technicare did the best job. They were professional and efficient, but most importantly my carpets looked great. Also, after using other carpet cleaning company's, difficult spots that looked clean when the company left would reappear in just a few days. That was not the case at all with Technicare. Excellent job!!

+ 0 moreI first called the Technicare at 8:25 AM on 6-8-2010, and described the above high second story gutter that had a major clog, and the resulting problems. Plus, noted that more storms were on the way later that day or the next day. They were extremely efficient, and professional on the phone. I told them I hoped to get one of their service persons out as soon as possible. They called back a short time later and scheduled the work in that SAME day. Their service tech came by between 12:40 and 2:00 PM, as scheduled, and did an outstanding job. They also gave me information on how to deal with ice-dams in the Winter. This is really a great company. The big storms came the next day and the gutters and downspouts all worked perfectly. They continue to work fine through all the heavy rain we have had since.
Description of Work: They cleaned out a long high second story gutter and downspouts, and inspected all the rest of the gutters on our two-story house. The service person also gave excellent advice on a downspout part that needed to be replaced. Outstanding work in all aspects.

+ 0 moreThe workers showed up right on time and did a very careful and thorough job of cleaning. They were all very helpful and friendly. John returned later to put my patio screen back onto its track and adjust it. He also glued back onto a window a magnet from my security system that had inadvertently been dislodged during the cleaning. He even made a minor courtesy repair to one of our blinds. He was very friendly, helpful, and an example of great customer service.
Description of Work: They cleaned my windows (both inside and out), window sills, screens, outside lights, ceiling fan, and a chandelier. My patio door screen was also replaced with better quality, more durable screening.

+ 0 moreThey did a great job. They arrived on time, and cleaned the carpets in several steps. the carpet wasn't soaked when they were through (as was the case when we've had other companies clean our carpets), and they removed all of the stains.
Description of Work: They cleaned three first floor areas, a flight of stairs, plus spot cleaned areas in our lower level family room and blended the spot cleaned areas into the rest of the carpet so the cleaned areas didn't stand out when they were done. The first floor and stair areas were soiled from normal use, and the lower level family room had several pet stains in an off-white berber carpet. Protectant was applied to all areas.

+ 0 moreDave and TJ cleaned our carpets. I was told that they would arrive between 8 and 10 in the morning. I received a call just after 8AM notifying me that they were on their way. They arrived within 20 minutes. They had me show them what to move and areas to focus on. They got to work right away. It took about 2 hours. When they were done, Dave explained to me what they did and made sure I understood the drying process. He addressed all my questions.I am very happy with Technicare. Both gentlemen were very friendly and professional. The carpets look great.

They were very thorough and careful as they cleaned the carpet. The carpet is a very old carpet and had a number of stains including a grease stain. Brian was able to get all of the spots and stains out and the carpet looks great. Beyond our expectations for an old worn carpet.

I was not home and I was worried because we still had overflow after other companies had cleaned the gutters. When Techicare was done, however, we had no overflow. They were a little more expensive but they were absolutely worth the money because they did what they were supposed to do and we were very happy with them.

+ -1 moreI received an excellent referral for Technicare from one of my most discerning friends and I am totally thrilled with our results. Not only were the windows sparkling clean when the team left, but the windows appear to remain cleaner for much longer. My husband was at home during the cleaning process and didn't pay attention to their techniques or products used. All I can say is WOW! My windows never looked so sparkling. I highly recommend them now to my friends. Believe it or not, this is a service that is SO worth the money. I am scheduling them to clean my air ducts and carpets and this spring will have them sand and refinish my redwood deck.
Description of Work: We have Pella double-hung windows with two panes of glass which are a nuisance to wash. Each pane is actually 4 sides of glass with blinds and grills between the panes. Technicare cleaned all parts of the windows and a set of sliding glass doors. Also note, this service was performed in early December so it was cold outside.

+ -1 moreJon came out as scheduled to pick up the blinds on a wed. evening and returned them the following evening. They are a fabric vertical blind and had a stained area where our 2 hound dogs look out the window. Jon showed up on time and was very professional. He looked at the stain and said he couldn't promise they would get it completely out. He came back the next day to re-hang the blinds and they look brand new. We can't tell where the stain was.

+ -1 moreWe found Technicare on Angie's List and called them about spot cleaning our carpets and rugs. We were especially interested in removing a recent red wine spill on a relatively new carpet. They indicated over the telephone that they thought they could remove the stain and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. They called prior to arrival as promised, introduced themselves at the door, put on shoe covers and asked to see the areas we wanted cleaned. They cleaned all the spots as promised, took extra time to make sure everything was back in place. The team leader Michael reviewed the bill and decided that he could consolidate some of the cleaning and actually charged us less than the phone estimate. The two techs were extremely polite, well trained and very professional. We were pleasantly surprised with the results.

Description of Work: In the past few months I have had Technicare clean the inside and outside windows of my house, clean the blinds and put up holiday decorations. Each time they have come to my house they are prompt, courteous, well-dressed and they alway do a good job. They are priced on the high side, but it is worth it to me because they are professionals. They did an excellent job cleaning my windows and I was extremely pleased with the blind cleaning. It was expensive, approx. $650 to clean 15 blinds - they arrive between 8-10 a.m., remove the blinds, load them on their truck and take them to their plant to clean and dry. They returned between 3-5 to re-hang the blinds. Because I wouldn't do this often, I thought it was worth the price. I have white wooden blinds and they look great.THe strings were dirty and now they look nice and clean as do the wooden slats. We had them give us an estimate for holiday lighting. The minimum is $300, which I was not prepared for, but we were happy with the job in the end. We didn't want too many lights so we felt it was extremely pricey, but after the lights were up, I told John the lights looked a little skimpy and he offered to come back and wrap the tree trunk in more lights and add another couple of strings to the bushes in the front. I took him up on that offer and was more pleased with the total look. Also, one morning before Christmas, I called them because we noticed a string of lights in the backyard had gone out. The next day they came out and replaced/fixed the problem. They returned sometime after the first of the year and took down the lights. No hassle for us and I will probably call them again next year for this job.

Their technicians were scheduled to arrive between 3:30pm & 5:30pm but they called and asked if they could come 30 minutes early. I don't think I have ever had that happen. Two technicians arrived and got right to work. Very professional and polite and these guys know their stuff. Even cleaned an additional area for us that we did not think to ask for when we scheduled the appointment. They were very careful with our stuff and did a fantastic job. We were so pleased that we plan to have them come back out and clean our tile and grout in the next few weeks. Highly recommend this company.
