Description of Work: I have used Technicare for many things. Today they cleaned my windows (outside only), my porch fan and the coach lights. As usual, they were fast and efficient. Their technicians are always friendly, courteous, well groomed and professional. They will definitely be called to perform the work again in the fall.

Description of Work: Gutter cleaning - they showed up appropriately, do a good job on the gutters for my 1400 sq ft house, and flush out the underground drains. The only reason for a B grade is that the price seems a little on the high side - $225. I've seen offers from other companies on Angie's List for as little as $99, and while I don't mind paying more for better service, $225 seems high.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in 4 rooms. And as usual did a great job. This time we had to find a way to work around my schedule. So they came in and performed the work without my being there. When we came home the house was locked, the carpet was clean, and everything else was right where it had been when we left. This is a good little company that works hard to do a good job and to work with the customer.

Description of Work: Technicare has cleaned my carpets and upholstery for the last several years and they have done an excellent job each time.. Last year, they cleaned my windows and I was very happy with the results. On June 30, 2012 a windstorm felled a tree which unfortunately fell on my house. Technicare had a crew out quickly to clean up the water and shattered glass that resulted. Mike, one of the owners also referred me to Benchmark Roofing and they sent their production manager to put tarps on the roof to prevent additional water damage. In doing so, Mike actually asked them to give my house priority over his own on a very busy night because my house was more severely damaged than his. Great company. I'll use them again and again.
