They did a very good job. They worked fast but were very thorough in their cleaning.

I like the idea that they give a yearly reminder to set up appointments. They are very responsive. The men that do the work are always very courteous of my home. They do a great job and have a reasonable price.

Overall, very well. I was impressed at their speed, and the wonderful work they did. They even did the windows in my detached garage which I appreciated. I do feel their price was not very competitive, but then again, I didn't research other companies b/c Technicare sent me a coupon in the mail.

I have used them several times. Good about calling if they are running late.

Very thorough and professional. We had always used another company, but gave Technicare a try because they were cleaning our windows on the same day and had a previously "A" experience with them. We will use them again.

The carpet was not laid correctly when it was installed. Technicare came out and repaired/re-stretched the carpet and it looks great now. I had used them before and received a $50 off coupon which I used for this job.

The two-man team did a good job, even though the grout in the tile was very dirty due to years of not being sealed. The guy in charge was honest with me before he began the cleaning job, he pointed out that after so many years of being walked on without any cleaning or sealing that the grout would probably not be able to be cleaned as completely as I had hoped. He also discussed the pros and cons of bleaching the grout. I appreciated his honesty. I decided to go ahead with the cleaning, even though I knew the results would be less than perfect. The two guys worked hard and the grout looks as good as it possibly can. Overall the tile floor looks much better.

A representative came out to give me and estimate. He answered all my questions. He matched a competitors bid, taking $10 off the cost. A week later the entire job only took 3 hours. The technicians said the ducts and furnace were not that dirty, which surprised me because the house is 15 years old and had never been cleaned before. Everyone I dealt w/was friendly and took there time answering my questions.

Unfortunately, the floor grinding was done with a small hand-held grinder that produced ugly grooves that show through and mar the appearance of the finished floor. There was a problem with the top coat in that (1) it was applied in a way that left a thin coat at the edges and a thicker coat in the middle of the floor, and (2) the initial top coat was full of brown globs of crystalline material, which required the top coat to be sanded off and replaced with a second coat at an additional $440 cost. I offer the following suggestions: (1) Do not assume that your finished epoxy floor will look like the sample tiles that the sales person shows you - each job is an original creation with an appearance determined by the artisans doing the installation; (2) Whatever your need might be (garage, basement, laundry) don't rely on the appearance of sample tiles but ask to see examples of previous installations in place and use for a year or so.

Technicare was selected as low bidder, from a list of Angie's List contractors. Weather held up the completion of the work; but nobody called to provide a revised date for the completion of the work. The work was performed but we received a bill for about 25% more than the estimate. I sent payment for the original quote.

They were fast, courteous, did an excellent job. Cleaned up after themselves and worked around my kids nap time schedule.

I was thrilled when I called on Monday to be able to make an appointment for 11:00 am on Wednesday. I had expected to wait a week or two at this time of year. Bill called about 9:45 to say that they were ahead of schedule and would arrive at 10:15. I showed Bill the areas that needed special attention. Bill and Mike moved all furniture prior to cleaning and returned it to position when finished. (I had previously moved all breakable items from the rooms.) They worked quickly and efficiently, leaving the carpet looking like new (quite a trick on the older carpet!). It was raining hard while they were here, and they were very careful to avoid tracking in dirt and water. I was very happy with my experience and will definitely use this company again.

Technicians were about 1 hour late, but they called to let me know what was happening and when to expect them. Once they arrived, they apologized for being behind schedule, introduced themselves, worked efficiently and did a very good job. The carpet was white and had never been professionally cleaned.

We purchased a home, in which the prior owner had a new garage floor with the Epoxy Floor System, installed less than 1 year ago. The floor is suppose to have a 2 year warranty. With parking of a standard American car on the floor for 2 months, it is pealing up under the tires. When called, they stated that the warranty does not cover this and would cost hundreds of dollars to repair.

Team called in advance of arriving to check and see if coming early was an issue for me. When they arrived they introduced themselves and described the work plan. The job was moving a little slower than Jeff the technician wanted so he called for additional team members to come help! The did a FANTASTIC job and were EXTREMELY respectful of my home. After deciding that I would leave the screens off for the winter they carried all of the screens down to the basement for me! I will certainly use them again!

Overall, they do a nice job (although I have not been real happy with the work they did on the sills) which they charge more for. They really don't take a lot of time to clean them off like I think they should. I haven't had any other work done by them. I think they are priced a little higher then most.
