Technicare Carpet Cleaning

They (Brian and Kenny) were great. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. Brian listened to my concerns and suggestions. It took them about 50 minutes to complete the job. I was told that the carpets would be dry in 4-5 hours. I left shortly after they did leaving the A/C set at 70 degrees and two ceiling fans running on high. When I returned 6 hours later, all carpets were dry except for a little dampness in the master bedroom where the carpet is very thick. I am delighted with Technicare.

The work was done really well. Pleasantly surprised how the work turned out. They were reasonably priced.

They were polite and professional. They showed up when they said they would. Cleaning took about an hour (1,100 square foot house). They moved/replaced and cleaned under furniture except things like the entertainment center, dressers, beds and large book shelves (which they explained beforehand). Service was very good.

Technicare's first estimate for my window cleaning was $485. Another top Angie's List company gave me an estimate for $195. I called Technicare and asked why their bid was 2 1/2 times the amount for the same work. They rebid the job and lowered it to $350, which was still almost twice the other company's estimate (1.8 times to be exact). Although I appreciate Technicare coming back out to rebid the job, I chose not to use them. It's unacceptable that their price was almost twice as much as another company who has just as good a rating. I don't trust a company that lowers their 2nd estimate so much (I feel like they were either taking advantage of me the first time or else very inaccurate in estimating. It's not a wise use of money to pay almost twice as the other company who has just as good a rating. My windows could easily be done from the ground level in about 2 hours, so the estimate works out to be about $175 per hour. More than I pay my lawyer or my C.P.A!

Arrived on time, were very professional and introduced themselves. They were very unobtrusive in going about their work and the everything was perfectly clean when they left. Great job!

My outlook had been gloomy for weeks, did not know why. When I looked out of the freshly cleaned windows, I felt like dancing. How green the grass and tree leaves. How blue the sky. Gloom was gone.

Called to say they were running late (10 minutes!), worked quickly, offered to change the bulbs for me, were outgoing, professional, neat, and WILL be hiring again.

Technicare phone receptionist was very polite, helpful in setting up date & work order. Crew arrived on time, polite, efficient & ask me to critique their job.

They are very careful about taking each blind off. They take them in the morning and have them back in the afternoon. They take them all down and put them back up for you, too. They do a good job.

Overall they do a nice clean job. Everything is left as it was when they arrived. They take a lot of pride in their work. They are very careful on who they hire to work for them. I would recommend them.

I think they take care of my home like it is their own home. They are very careful about the furniture, etc. They don't leave your carpet soaking wet.

Excellent work. They arrived when they said they would. The service people were professionally dressed and polite. They ran into some unexpected epoxy on the windows and went the extra mile to get it off even though it was not directly part of our original contract.

The company representative, Jay, told me what the process would involve and said that it was possible that certain areas of the blinds might remain somewhat gray (they got dirty from sitting in front of an intake air vent). He was professional and helpful. He showed me the proper way to remove each blind. He worked quickly and quietly. He made sure to remove his shoes before entering my home. When he returned with my blinds, he and another technician both removed their shoes and quickly rehung the blinds. Unfortunately, as predicted, some of the dirt didn't come out. The blinds appeared to be in good shape otherwise. Both technicians were attentive and friendly.

We were very pleased with the entire experience from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the job. Their customer service was exceptional. They provided a two-hour window for the appointment, called ahead with a reminder, and they showed up right on time as promised. The person who cleaned our carpet was very courteous. He went right to work, completed the task in good time, and did a very nice job. He was able to completely remove some old soda stains and did a good job on the traffic areas. He made sure we were completely satisfied before presenting our paperwork for settlement. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing this service.

Great service and prompt response. Called on a Friday morning for an appointment, after reading the report on Angie's List. Was able to set the appointment, one week later on that day and the time that worked for our schedule. They reported to our house, within the time frame. Cleaned the carpets and completed the job within 90 minutes. No pressure to buy anything else and the house was put back and cleaned up before they left.

Great job. Job was quoted by appointment. The office called me to schedule the appointment 10 minutes after I told the quoter I would like to proceed. The crew leader called when they were on their way to the appointment(on-time). They were very courteous, neat and thorough!

The floors looked very good after the cleaning particularly the grout which was in bad need of deep cleaning.
