The crew was very professional and did a great job removing all dirty areas and stains.

So-so. I think the company has a limit as to the size of a home they will work in. Mine has 2200 sq. ft. (including the lower level walk out.) It is not new and is a condo. I don't think it "measured up."

Jeff called as promised. He explained the entire process & broke down the charges: service call, cost per vent, travel (I live in Marysville). Jeff was professional, informative & pleasant. I scheduled the work to be done 9/28. I appreciated the reminder call of the appt. earlier in the week. Technicians Jon & Steve arrived on time. Jon explained what they were going to do & how long the job would take. They got to work immediately. The job was completed timely & efficiently. I was pleased how well they cleaned up after themselves. They showed me the debris removed from the vents/ ducts. They went the extra step to mark the ducts & show me how to turn on/off the ducts. Kudos to Jon & Steve - they were GREAT. Even better - the price was less than quoted.

My entire experience with Technicare A Kombi was fantastic! I called 2 weeks ahead of time so I was able to get the date and time I requested. The receptionist, Vickie, was pleasant and professional. Carpet cleaning manager, Joe, and newly-hired, Ray, arrived at my home right on time. We went through each room and I explained what I wanted done (mostly clean around furniture). I felt bad because I wasn't able to get the 4th room (home office) ready in time for the cleaning and decided not to do that room--that was no problem and my final bill was adjusted accordingly. Ray went right to work. Joe explained all of the services the company offered without any high-pressure sales techniques. The work was completed in only 25 minutes! Also, Joe gave me some tips on blind cleaning as well as how to fix a bathroom grout problem. I have been looking for a trustworthy company to do my business carpet cleaning--I will be calling THEM!

The carpet cleaners arrived to my house 1 hour and ten minutes early, which was a problem as I was not ready for them. I did tell them that they would have to return at the agreed time. They arrived back to my house at the originally scheduled time, and proceeded to clean my carpets. I did feel like the cleaners were rushing the job, maybe because it was a Friday at 3:00 in the afternoon. One of the guys was on the phone making his evening plans! However, when they were finished two hours later, the rugs looked good, and any areas I had concern with were addressed a second time. They were definitely not the cheapest, and the addition of an area rug, extra small room, and staircase added almost $100.00 to my original quote. It worked out to $170.00 / hour, with my Angie's List discount!

It went wonderfully. They were prompt and professional. I have a small house and when I called, I told them I also had a hallway from the living room to the bedroom, as other companies had charged me as such. When the technician arrived, he told me he did not consider anything that was shorter than he was tall a hall way and therefore did not charge me as such. The job they did was fantastic. My carpet was cleaner than when I had used one of those national companies! I will definitely use them again!!

I have kind of an off white Berber carpet and it's in excellent condition. They seem to have really good knowledge about carpet and cleaning. I have been using them for a long time. I have been dealing with the same person for the past 4 years. They are very professional and friendly. I have recommended them to family members as well.

Contacted the company to schedule an appointment to have my carpets cleaned, but there were no openings for two weeks. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful, and made some suggestions to help remove the stain. She went above and beyond in my book! Unfortunately, I didn't want to wait two weeks, so used another company, but will definitely try them again because their customer service rep. was so great!

I was very impressed. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Was able to get all the stains out. I had thought the Berber would need replaced, but after cleaning looks almost new. Prior cleaners were not able get the stains out of this rug. He moved every piece of furniture and cleaned every inch of carpet. Some cleaners do not move furniture, but this company does, then puts the furniture back with plastic or Styrofoam squares to protect furniture and carpet. He has 20 years experience and it shows.

As always, Technicare did a great job! Very professional and prompt at a fair price.
