In both cases, the work was well done and the staff was timely and professional.

The work was done very well and with economy of motion and disruption. They moved the heavier items of furniture, and moved them back. The guys were the same crew that cleaned the carpet when we moved, in July. They are very good and cautious. Would heartily recommend Technicare for all aspects of carpet, heat ducts and related cleaning.

They did a great job and I was very satisfied with the work. I would use them again.

They don't make a mess when they do it which is nice. They also keep an eye out for gutter guards that need replaced.

I called Karen to make an appointment--she was friendly, helpful, and courteous. My appointment was made within a week and according to my schedule. The techs [Michael and Kenny] arrived on time. They were professional and knowledgeable. I explained to them what I wanted done--they worked quickly and were very fair in pricing out the areas, noting problems that I mentioned, responding to my questions, and the carpets came out great!

The people were friendly and professional and work quickly. When they were finished the carpet looked close to new and that is after 5 years of living here.

They did a first rate job. They came when they said they would and did a thorough job, especially on the chandelier, they took the whole thing apart. We will use them again.

It was great. They were on time, finished sooner than I expected, and the stains they removed have not come back. I will definitely call them again and again.

First an employee came by to give me a price. It was reasonable. A two man team arrived exactly on time and did the work. They were Jay & Preston. My windows have never been so clean.

They came out & gave me an estimate & I didn't even have to be home for this part. Their estimate seemed very competitive so I scheduled the cleaning. They were very professional and thorough. I couldn't believe how clean my windows are. I actually went up to one of the windows and touched it to make sure there was really glass there! We have an old house & they were not able to open 3 windows so they lowered their price a little bit. That was fine with me because we had not been able to open several windows since we moved in almost a year earlier.

I called the company last week, trying to schedule the work to be done before holidays. The job was scheduled in the next week, right before Thanksgiving. Jeff and Bill arrived right on time and began work right away. My house has 107 windows which had not been cleaned for three years. The job was daunting, but they never stopped smiling and helping. They let me know that all the gutters did not have to be cleaned, therefore lowering my overall bill. They took the time to point out windows with broken seals, which needed repair, explaining the rational for doing so, although their company doesn't do that type of work. The task was completed, as quickly and quietly as possible. The end result is terrific.

David and co-worker arrived at the appointed time to clean carpet and furniture. They walked through the areas to be cleaned to find out what needed to be moved. David explained the procedure including how long the job would take. They moved quickly and completed the cleaning in no time. I was extremely pleased with the results. They were so efficient and professional.

They did an exceptional job of removing the stains and dirt. I have cleaned this carpeting myself many times before and could not believe how much better they did at cleaning. It looked so much better.

Joe, the supervisor of the carpet/upholstery division, gave me an estimate for duct cleaning project when he was at my home cleaning he furniture. Joe called John, the supervisor of the duct cleaning division, and John answered my questions about the project and then proceeded to set up an appointment for the duct/dryer vent cleaning and UV lighting installation. John and his trainee were courteous and attentive. John explained what they were going to do and made all efforts to make the process smooth and unobtrusive.

It was wonderful. They did a magnificent job. We have never had the vents cleaned in 40 years. Usually you will see a huge hose coming into the house from a truck. These people brought a huge vacuum machine, that was about as big as the two young men who carried it in, and put it in the basement. They sealed all of the air vents and then opened them one at a time to clean them. They found all kinds of trash in the vents including paste board and old keys. They told us that builders sometimes leave trash in the vents after the construction is complete. We think that the house is heating much more efficiently since they came. They were very efficient and clean. They did a wonderful job.

One thing that was nice was that he did it right on the spot. He walked in and looked at everything, he went to his car, got his bucket, and did everything right there. What wasn't so great was that he used a squeegee to get the bugs off but he didn't get everything. I went back out for 45 minutes and got the bugs off. He was a pleasant person.

AWESOME service!!! EXCELLENT work!!! This company is all about customer satisfaction! Jay, Jay and Jim arrived exactly as expected, they described the work that was to be performed and got to work. They carefully moved items in order to get to the windows and replaced everything EXACTLY as it was before they moved it. The respect they show for the customers belongings is just unbelievable. Each and everyone of them were polite, easy to talk with and did a fantastic job. We have very tall windows and there is no way that we could do the job that they did!! I know that it seems outlandish to spend that kind of money on window cleaning - but it is worth every penny. I will continue to use this company for as many services as I can. They "get it."

He was prompt and courteous and everything you would want in a company. I'm sure their company is great, but I did not end up using them.

Three guys worked quickly and washed all of the outside window and screens in our house. Before leaving the supervisor told me we had a yellow jacket nest by one of our bushes. Unfortunately, he got stung while working on a window by the bush. It was nice he showed me the location, so I could try to remove them later.

I have been using them for the last four years. They always do a great job with everything and they have the best people that work for them. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

The company was professional from my initial phone call all the way through to completing the work. They showed up an hour early and gave me an option of starting right away or waiting for the pre-scheduled time. I told them that I had expected an hour later and said that I didn't have time to move furniture, etc. They said no problem and proceeded to help me in getting things ready. Overall, they were great and I will definitely use them again.
