Technicare Carpet Cleaning

They are very nice and thorough. They are easy to work with and I have used them on and off for about 3 years, and will continue to do so.

They had done work for us last in 2007 and we have been using them several years. The are very prompt and clean. They do very good job. I would highly recommend.

They gave me an Angie's List discount. They arrived promptly, and worked around some stuff I had in my driveway and were able to work at another spot. The car the very dirty in the inside. They did a great job on the vinyl. It was a good experience overall. I have used this company for gutter cleaning, carpet cleaning and other services. I really enjoy working with them.

I was given an estimate over the phone as well as scheduled the appt. The guys showed up right on time. They cleaned all of the carpets in less than an hour. When they were done my carpets looked brand new!! I have had my carpets cleaned before and the stains returned after a few days. It has been two weeks since Technicare was here and they still look like new. I was very impressed with this service. The guys were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable and they explained their services prior to starting the work. I will absolutely hire them again for their carpet cleaning and probably for a couple of other services they offer.

We have used them for years and I keep having them back because they are very accommodating and polite. I've tried numerous rug cleaners and so far they have done the best job.

I like them because they are very prompt. All the employees are professional and polite and they do an excellent job. They offer specials from time to time. They do different jobs for us, so the price varies. The price for the air duct cleaning was a little high but they did a very thorough job and I feel it was worth the money.

They gave me an accurate estimate over the phone. They arrived within the specified window. Both men were polite, neatly dressed and personable. They cleaned the carpets beautifully. There were many stains and they got them all. They allowed me to ask questions and even added in cleaning of two area rugs. The quality of their work was outstanding. They explained how to keep stains from showing up again. This company has been consistently effective and professional with a variety of cleaning needs I've had.

They were OK, I was not overly impressed. They were in and out in an hour and a half. I would not hire them again. I thought they were expensive.

The guys were very courteous and professional. While they were leaving, I noticed bird residue on some windows and I had to go out and grab them. After the first rain, there was white spotting on all of my windows, and on heat registers the white spots also developed. I have never had that happen before, and I have to think it was something that they used. I have since gone back to my regular window cleaners.

They were prompt and professional. I was amazed at what they were able to get out of the carpet. The previous cleaning by another company had left dark spots in the carpet. Also, I had spilled red nail polish on the cream-colored carpeting and that, of course, remained after the previous cleaning. Technicare's steamer got out every spot on our carpet - and removed the nail polish! I had resigned myself to putting a chair over that spot until I could replace the carpeting. I will definitely use them again.

They did a very good, thorough job. I just hired them to clean gutters!

They are very professional and do a nice job. Their quality and workmanship is good! They show up when they say they will. We have been very pleased. They even move our furniture for us when they clean! We will continue to use them and have even recommended them to others. They are going to come out soon to do some power washing work for us.

I would definitely use them again. They were fast and did a very good job. The windows were spotless.

They gave us a 2 hour time frame and arrived at the beginning of that time. They were in and out in about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

EXCELLENT! Why did I spend $275 on a ladder that I've never used? Just get these guys (they sent Paul & Tony). The whole experience is professional, from the new & clean truck, to two clean cut and polite young men, to the fact that they have all the ladders & equipment needed and ARE FAMILIAR with what they are doing (our windows are "Peachtree" and actually have to be disassembled to be cleaned). They did a superb, not rushed, very thorough, professional job. They send out mailing with substantial discounts if you schedule them during the off times (like winter); take advantage of this, they don't mind!

The company called in advance to confirm the time, and stated they would call again before leaving for my house. Three men arrived, reviewed what I wanted done, taking precautions not to get our newly cleaned carpet dirty, and got to work. They removed some cellular shades to remove screens, asking permission beforehand. One of the team checked the other's work, and made sure everything was completed before they left.

The company representative called and stated they were on their way and apologized for the delay (even though they were still within the arrival time previously given). As usual, they did a wonderful job, especially on the stairs that were full of dog hair. They worked quickly and thoroughly, taking care with everything they did.

Excellent service. They actually shoveled my driveway after they were finished with the carpet cleaning. I will definitely use them again and have already referred them to others.

Two men did the job in 3 hours. They arrived 20 minutes early so I was still finishing vacuuming, but they didn't care - & in fact agreed to clean our sofa with the extra time they had, which had not been on the original work order. They put furniture either on blocks or put plastic guards underneath feet. They were very thorough, spent extra time trying to get the sofa as clean as possible, and went back over stains until they were gone. One particularly persistent stain still showed when the carpet was wet, but once it dried it was impossible to see. The men were friendly, explained everything well, & were careful to protect our wood floor & door frames where their equipment was. Before they left they also gave us an estimate for window cleaning and duct cleaning. We were very happy with their level of service! The only 2 things that weren't absolutely perfect - the price is a tad high (but we did have a lot of rooms cleaned!), & the carpet took 24 hours to really be dry.

Very well. This was the second time I have hired Technicare to clean our carpets. We have two Labrador Retrievers and they spend a lot of time on the living room carpet. Technicare always does a great job of getting the carpets clean and fresh smelling. They were scheduled to arrive between 11 am and 1 pm. Arrival time was 11:25 am. Departure was 12 noon. I left the house with the dogs at 12:15 pm. I left the furnace fan and the ceiling fan running. When I returned at 5 pm all the carpets were dry. After returning a few items to the living room and dining room, I was ready to entertain guests at 6:30 pm for a family dinner. I was very pleased.
