Exceeded expectations

Shane was excellent to work with. He was very communicative and responsive. We needed our water heater replaced right away and despite being scheduled 2 weeks out, he managed to get his crew together to do the work the very next day...a Saturday. The work went well, everything was completed more quickly than estimated and with excellent results. While they were there they swapped out an old humidifier as well, even repairing unforeseen damage in the ductwork free of charge. The crew was also very respectful of our home, cleaning up any trace of them being there.

I was really impressed with how he fixed the shower. Everyone else told us that we'd need to do major work that would cost 1000's of dollars. He was able to fix the problem by finding the leak and caulking on the back end of things. He even told us that if the shower continued to give us problems, that he'd apply the money for the fix towards the replacement shower. All around, he's a very honest and trustworthy person. I would highly recommend him.

We had our bathroom remodeled this past February. Got A Guy LLC was recommended from a friend of mine who used them for a kitchen remodel late in 2015. We could not be more happy with the results. The timely service, the ability to work within our budget, and their professionalism was very refreshing. We had some flooding in our basement last year and the contractor we used to repair the walls and flooring was terrible. Working with Shane was a breeze. He ALWAYS answered his phone and was more than happy to take the time to answer any questions or concerns that came up. as I said before, working with Got A Guy was a refreshing experience. Trustworthy, professional, and fast. I would recommend Got A Guy to anyone who needs some remodeling done in their home.

He showed up right on time did the work had his guys get right to the siding work. He was very punctual, thorough and did a great job. He was very reasonable on cost but despite that he did good work. He even said to monitor the garbage disposal and toilet for leaks and if so he would come back and fix. They did the best job possible on the siding considering the condition it was in. He is truly one of the most honest handyman type guys I have ever seen. Five star service all around. You definitely will not regret hiring him.
