SHE ALSO DOES A GREAT JOB OF HELPING SUGGEST WHAT WOULD LOOK REALLY GOOD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE.

Description of Work: CHERYL CAME AND SAID THAT SHE WOULD PAINT 3 COATS OF PAINT PLUS A PRIMER ON OUR NEWLY FINISHED BASEMENT WALLS. SHE SAID IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT THREE DAYS. WE WERE USING A VERY DARK COLOR IN ONE OF THE ROOMS. SHE DID IT IN ABOUT 2 DAYS. IT DID NOT SEEM THAT SHE APPLIED ALL OF THE COATS THAT SHE SAID SHE WOULD, NOR THAT WERE NECESSARY. I CALLED HER TO TELL HER THAT WE COULD STILL SEE WHITE WALL SHOWING THROUGH AND SHE CAME OUT TO FIX IT. HOWEVER, SHE DID HAVE AN ATTITUDE THAT WAS OBVIOUS THAT SHE DID NOT WANT TO COME AND PAINT MORE. SHE SAID THAT SHE DID NOT SEE ANYTHING NECESSARY TO PAINT, AND IF I CALLED HER AGAIN, SHE WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME TO COME OUT.

Description of Work: I CALLED AND TALKED TO CHERYL INQUIRING ABOUT SOME INTERIOR PAINTING. SHE DID NOT ACT LIKE IT WAS A BUSINESS THAT I CALLED OR EVEN INTERESTED IN WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD BE IN MY AREA THAT AFTERNOON AND WOULD STOP BY FOR AN ESTIMATE. IF SHE DIDN''T MAKE IT THAT AFTERNOON, SHE WOULD COME THE FOLLOWING DAY. NO SHOW, AND NO PHONE CALLS.
