He showed up at the time promised, within half a day of my calling, and got the job done quickly. He was professional and friendly. This is the second time I've used A1, and they will continue to be my go-to for garage door issues.

We previously had Miller Doors our to change the springs on our garage door. After that repair it no longer touched the garage floor at the bottom all the way across. We were worried about mice getting in since we could see daylight. We called Miller Doors back and they refused to come back out. A builder we know recommended A1 Garage Repair. They came out within a few hours of our call. They figured out the ceiling brackets holding the door was coming loose and one screw was already out. It could have fallen on us ! They reattached the ceiling mounts and readjusted the door so it fit tightly at the bottom for $30.00. Oh my gosh...we are so happy to recommend A1 Garage Repair and Naji the technician. Thank you !

Service went extremely well. Naji quickly responded to my Angie's list request for service/quote. He returned the call in less than an hour from the time I filed the request on line...well into the evening. Naji came to my home the following day at the agreed upon time (calling 15 min before his arrival) and was obvioulsy very knowledgeable and capable. I demonstrated the problem, which he quickly diagnosed and quoted the price to replace the defective part....$69.00. He quickly made the repair, showed me the defective part, lubricated all moving parts, left me a packet of lubricant for the main drive, I paid him the $69.00 and he was finished in 1/2 hour. I will continue to call Naji at A-1 fro future gaage door repair needs.....was a pleasure to do business.

One of the best customer experiences I had in a long while. Naji is obviously a master of his craft and he was a pleasure to work with. The business owner, Naji, came out to measure and show me the selection that he offered. He was very courteous and the specifications of the line he sold exceeded those of the other quote I had received and his offering was at a significantly lower cost. In a few days he and his assistant came to remove the old door and install the new one. It looks very nice and works perfectly. I am so pleased with the quality and price. Something I really liked about doing business with this company is that I dealt directly with the proprietor, and there was absolutely no hard-sell. He showed me the lines he sold and what he recommended. He did not try to up-sell me or sell me parts I didn't need. He said that he sold garage door openers, but he didn't think I needed one. It was a very pleasant and efficient transaction. I feel that I got an ideal solution.
