Description of Work: Bought deal as gift. Did not complete list of items promised in deal. First contact for explanation brought apology and promise to come back and complete. Gift recipient refused to have them back. When I requested 50% refund, they claimed house was too dirty and they could not complete. Several communications, this "dirty" excuse came too late at the end for me to rate this good service. |

Description of Work: I hired this home cleaner for my mother-in-law. Judith and Patty came and immediately got to work. My mother in law is legally blind and cannot see to clean so they had more than just a "normal dirty house". These women worked from about 10:00 till mid afternoon in an average sized split level. With two cats. They cobwebbed all rooms, cleaned all the windows on the inside, dusted all baseboards, swept all upholstry, edged all carpet areas, paid special attention to the bathrooms and kitchen. The only reason I gave them a "B" on quality was because the drip pans on the stove were not touched. Otherwise I was extremely happy with their hard work! We set up a standing appointment for twice a month with Judith. Thank you Judith and Patty so very much!
