The experience went very well. Dwight is very professional, friendly, answered all questions, and was thorough. He was prompt and it was easy to get hold of him on the phone. He returned calls quickly. I highly recommend him. My only issue was when I signed off on the service ticket to confirm the work was done. He gave me a second sheet to sign without explaining what it was. When I stopped and read through it, it turned out to be a contract committing me to service calls every 3 months for a year at $199. per visit. I thought I just purchased one, but I got three visits for a great price. There was a misunderstanding about this, and he handled it very professionally.

My experience with them was very positive. We thought we had mold and termites but they ruled both of them out. That meeting went very well. We appreciated that they did not give their services when it was not needed. They were honest and knowledgeable about termite activity. They told us how we would know if we had termites.

We are still under the initial contract (an Angie's List special) with Champion Pest . Dwight is professional and follows-up on a scheduled basis. Have not seen evidence of new mouse activity (there was only one and I had caught it before calling Champion). There are few bugs in the house, too. Good service. Champion is better than previous pest service that would not guarantee any of their work or would not put in a few more mouse traps inside the house (I wanted to make sure there really was only one mouse) unless we signed a monthly contract and put mouse traps outside the house (est $69/mo.). That seemed rediculous since there are always animals outside a house. I would recommend Champion Pest and Termite.

Dwight is fantastic!!!!! He came initially in the fall for our first service and walked me through each step, answering any questions that I had. He came recently for my spring spray and I spoke briefly with him about the carpenter ants in my yard. Even though it was not part of his service agreement, he went ahead and treated the areas for me. He is on time, polite and very personable. I would highly recommend and will be continuing my service.

Dwight was very professional. He told me what he planned to do to fix my insect problem and why. He also told me how long my family would need to avoid a treated area and how long my pets would need to avoid the treated areas as well. I would definitely use this company again. The price was very reasonable and the company was very easy to work with.

I availed myself of the "big deal" for a 4-time servicing and when I called, Dwight answered and was great. He got out and did the work on a vacant rental house for me that had bugs real bad. He was great to work with. A few weeks later, after doing some work, and no surprise if you'd seen the condition of the house, I called him back and asked if he'd return to hit them again and he was again wonderful to speak with, very understanding and responsive and he's going to take care of it without me even needing to show him in (using a lockbox on the still vacant, but now nearly finished house). I trust him, and believe he'll do me right.

Dwight the applicator was friendly, thorough and diagnosed the problem well. He made helpful recommendations for preventing recurrence of the pests in the future, including follow-up treatments.

Champion Pest Control had the best pricing and since there services have been rendered, as of a month ago, I haven't seen any insects.

Mr. Holloway took a call late Sunday evening and was able to come out early in the morning to treat a carpenter ant infestation and nest that I had just discovered in the wall of my son's bedroom. Mr. Holloway's many years of experience and his advice helped put my wife and me at ease. He talked through a plan of attack, dusted and sprayed for the ants, and followed-up two weeks later to ensure they were dead. I will use his services again.

Mr. Holloway came right out, diagnosed the problem and provided a solution. The entire process of treating our home and yard took less than 4 hours. He was prompt, professional and knew what he was doing.
