Dave has completed several projects for us, from complete outside house power wash, scrape and paint to inside detail work. Due to weather delays on other jobs, the crew showed up unexpectedly to power wash the house. This meant that my carpenter and roofer had not yet completed their repairs. But the crews worked around each other and everything was done quickly and to my satisfaction. This was a Historic Restoration that had certain color requirements requiring a certain brand of paint. Dave wanted $0 downpayment even though he had to wash, sand, prime and paint--this means he invested his own money for those materials. He accepted payment only upon satisfactory completion of the work. I considered his price to be very reasonable and the service and quality of workmanship to be very good. I recommend him highly and would definitely use his company again.
