Falls PC Clinic offers Free Estimates on repair work. We will work with you and find the best possible solution for your computer needs. Whether you need a repair or are interested in purchasing a new or used PC or laptop. We are upfront and honest, and will no preform and repairs without your prior knowledge of the cost of the repair. We can work on your PC or laptop at our store or at your house. We do not charge for estimates in store but there is a service fee for coming to your home. Falls PC Clinic is a new business but I have been working on computers since 2000, when I graduated from ITT with an Associate of Applied Science in the Electronics Engineering Technology program.

"I just realized this review was in existence, hence the late response. It would have been nice to hear from the client rather than reading this review online. We always go above and beyond for our clients to help them in any way we can. The PC was not booting when it was brought into our shop and it would not power on, on every attempt. Our [Member Information Removed] inclination is that the power supply was going bad. We tested the PC with a replacement power supply and it was still not booting everytime. It was however powering on for us everytime. We did end up re-imaging Windows for the client and changed out the power supply per his request. We did state that it was not bad yet but would need to be replaced at a later date. Client picked up the PC and brought it back a week later stating that was not powering on every time even with the re-image and new power supply. We did not see this issue while in our shop. We re-ran all of our testing again and the only component left would be the motherboard. We did end up replacing the motherboard at our cost for the client since he had already spent $180 on the [Member Information Removed] repair. We replaced the motherboard for $150 that included the part and there was no labor charge. As far as we were aware after replacing the motherboard the issue was resolved. He states the CD drive was not working and he ending up replacing that as well, it was working while it was here. He came in a couple weeks after the second repair for the CD drive replacement. It is not like we claimed to have changed it originally and it was not working. We are sorry that you feel like you repair didn't go as smooth as you had hoped."
