The salesman Mike was a very pleasant man,not pushy.he was someone who worked out what I needed.also the installer Jason was exceptional! He was a very consciousness worker,very neat ,very pleasant.and so kind.he did a wonderful job! We are very happy.Thank you Creative Bath!

they only sent one guy to do the job. he was only half informed on what he was supposed to do. after numerous hold-ups he got on track and had to get another guy in to help on the second day just so he could finish in amount of time he told us it would take. poor communication between sales and installers!!!!!

The salesman, Steve, was fabulous. He didn't assume we wanted the best of everything and kept our finances in mind. He provided options and good advice to keep the price doewn. The only issue was with the installation date. We were told they would be here on a Monday and planned accordingly. When no one showed up that morning, we called and were told the parts just came in that morning and that we could schedule for the following day. This was an inconvenience and we would have expected a call to let us know our date could not be met. The work quality was very good and the installers very professional, courteous and cleaned up well.
