They were not one of the big companies. It was a one person company. He was very friendly and professional. His quote was $4100 on that work. He kept telling me that he could throw in a few things for free and I get worried when people tell me that they will do things for me for no charge.

. It is a company owned by three brothers. They did not do any packing. They moved all the furniture, the television, and all of that stuff. But they did not have to individually pack plates, dishes and drawers and take our personal belonging. They just did the large pieces. Their price was competitive. Last minute they moved things like the plants which were sitting outside. They offered to do these and did not necessarily charge us more. They did a great job and we would use them in the future.

The guy that runs it is Derek Supple. They were very thorough and very accommodating. We weren’t a terribly organized family to move and they were very patient with helping us pack up those last few things even though that wasn’t part of what we asked them to do. They went above and beyond their contract with us. It was a whole house move and it was three and half hours away so it was a little more expensive. We spent between $2500 and $3000. I can't think of anything about their move that I didn't like. I would use them again in the future if need be.

They gave an accurate time estimate and they were very courteous.

We completed a move between cities about 5 miles apart. We did all packing ahead of time, so that the movers had to take down and set up the furniture but then only needed to move boxes. Dan provided an estimate a couple of weeks prior to the move and the owner guaranteed that the estimate would be correct within a difference +/- 10%. The actual cost was a little less than the estimate! Will, Mike, Dan, and Joey were our moving team and they were excellent. They worked hard the entire time and took great care to ensure that items/boxes I said were breakable were handled very carefully. When we arrived at the new property, they continued to ask in which rooms I wanted items to be placed so that it was very easy to unpack later. I did not find any broken items or notice that anything was missing after the move. I highly recommend this company.

They did a good job with the move.

Employees were in general good but a few were careless. They packed some things in error. These were legal papers and jewelry. It was an honest error. They damaged an antique chair and table. 5 lamps also were damaged. I have called several times to discuss. I sent an itemized bill for the damaged goods and he refused to pay, but at first he told me to send the bill.
