+ -1 moreHE FAILED TO START THE WORK. HE HAS RECEIVED A DEPOSIT, MATERIALS AND FAILED TO START THE WORK OR COMMUNICATE. I HAVE FIRED HIM AND HE HAS FAILED TO RETURN DEPOSIT. I WOULD HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM CONTRACTING WITH HIM.
Description of Work: CONTRACTED TO INSTALL 2 DAYLIGHT BASEMENT WINDOWS.
