I would like to reply to this review by first thanking Mr [removed member name] for his purchase through Angie's List. There was at first a delay in scheduling Mr [member name removed], due to the fact that there was no phone number provided with his information. So, as is Angie's List protocol, we sent him an email asking for his phone number to schedule or he could simply call in to the office & be put on the schedule. I was under the assumption all went smoothly with scheduling. This particular Angie's List purchase did come with a Video Inspection. Although we were unaware of it at the time of scheduling, our Chimney Sweep Camera had malfunctioned & refused to come back on. Our owner ordered another Chimney Sweep Camera, however, it is on back order at the moment due to this being the beginning of "the busy season". I would like to extend to Mr [member name removed] the chance to let us come back out & perform the Video Inspection, if he'd like, as soon as the Camera makes its appearance, which we hope is VERY soon! I was also unaware Mr [member name removed] had not yet received his pictures, until I read this review. The minute I did, I immediately sent Mr [member name removed] a link to be able to view all of his pictures. I would like to close by sincerely apologizing to Mr [member name removed], it does sound like we personally had a few mishaps in communication here solely upon our part, & for that, again, please accept our sincere apologies.
