Description of Work: The team was in contact about their arrival time, covered their work area with a tarp, checked out the chimney from the roof, and answered all my questions. Description of Work: Vendor arrived on time and was professional. Was to be provided pictures and report. Never received either. Also inquired about heat shield for rear of fireplace and cost of new dampner. Never received this either. Technician did a good job it appeared with amount of residue that came out. Technician claimed he was unable to take pictures at top of fireplace but I can not vouch this true as I did not receive any pictures. Not very responsive to follow-up. date placed for service is estimate as it has been awhile and i was waiting to see if i would receive reports.
