Workers showed up on time, did the work needed, pointed out evidence of roof leak at chimney (which will be repaired by homeowner's association).

I tell you I am an old lady, and I rely on people to do little things very often that a lot of big companies or small companies as well don't accept. And I like to shop and do business in my neighborhood, and here is a company, ARCO remodeling. They have been prompt, they have been thorough, they have been almost, I live in a house that was not built very solidly, so they automatically come to my house after a big storm. They make sure the roof is fine, they will wash off, pressure wash my driveway, they will paint my deck, and it's those kinds of things that I cannot do and they are always there. I can stop in at the office and say I have this problem, and probably within that workday someone is here. They are always here, it's almost like they say -We'll take care of you. And I appreciate that. They are very good to have on my local Dex. Their price is reasonable. I would rather pay a little bit more when they come out the first time, than little and have to call them back and back.

They were ok. They performed the services needed but did leave some mess from the gutters that they did not clean up. I have since found others on Angie's list that do the same job for much cheaper and clean up a little better. Bot overall they weren't bad.

We had them complete some additional repairs that they found as well. They completed most of the repairs in a few hour time frame, but they did have to come back on another day to follow up on some of the work that they completed. They cleaned up well after the job was complete. It was a great experience.

Initial visit went kind of rough...called about concerns ...all issues were addressed timely and with quality results...I was pleased and I will use again and recommend to others.

Pretty good - very prompt response to my questions, office is very courteous over the phone, and the price of the inspection under promotion seemed to be a good deal. My only recommendation for the deduction in quality is to have a more formal inspection report rather than just an estimate of cost for the repairs or images from the "video inspection" of the damages needed to be repaired...

I contacted the provider regarding the repair of a small amount of trim/siding that was blown from our home in a recent wind storm. The person I spoke with on the phone was VERY courteous and informative. She obtained a quick estimate for me after a brief hold on the phone and was very upfront about the anticipated cost and reason for the price. She provided a brief description of how they perform work and what I could expect from their technician. Pending other pricing estimates, I would definitely do business with ARCO.

Actually bought a coupon to have the chimney checked since had not been used in years. When he arrived, the ice was melting and a new leak had developed. I have a flat rubber roof and have had many problems throughout the years. This particular chimney has been sealed and leaks fixed 2-3 times... to no avail. Patrick took pictures while on the roof and explained a lot about the construction and watch outs. Very professional, clean and thorough. Needless to say, I believe I have found the roofer that I can depend on. The cost is an estimate since I do not have access to the billing at the time but will update soon.... but it was reasonable.

We initially scheduled a couple of weeks before, when we were going to be home. They called and said they couldn't make it and had to reschedule. They showed up the first time and we can only assume they did clean the gutters, as they are too high for us to inspect them, and we couldn't be home the day they had to come. But, we had asked them to reattach some of the downspouts that had come loose, and they did not do that. It was stated that that was included in the price. We called and complained, and they did come out a week later and reaffix the downspouts. I guess they did ok overall, but it would be nice to have it done right the first time and on time.

They were very thorough. He checked around for the price and gave us very reasonable price for what we needed done. Our chimney was not right and whoever worked on our fireplace did not do it right and they had a camera and they showed me and my husband that they weren't trying to sham us or anything. He was very pleased.

They did an excellent job on my gutters. They were very nice and went above and beyond when the took care of a leak in my roof.

Very good experience with ARCO. Inclement weather necessitated rescheduling and staff were responsive and helpful. Two repairmen arrived on time and prepared for the work. Inspection, cleaning and minor repairs were carried out without issue. The repairmen took care to minimise mess made when carrying out the work (white carpet around one fireplace). No issues with using the pre-paid coupon offered by ARCO. I will use ARCO again for this service and have already recommended them to neighbours.

I originally bought an Angie's List deal to have ARCO clean my chimney. I'd lived in the house for six years and had not had it cleaned, so I figured it was due. Boy, was it! ARCO had to reschedule the appointment twice because of bad weather (snow). When they arrived to perform the service, they discovered the chimney had no flue liner and was therefore not up to code. I agreed to have them install the flue liner and they had to order the part, so the service was delayed again. Two weeks later, they arrived on a Saturday morning to install the flue liner. My only complaint (and it is small) is that they didn't call ahead to remind us they were coming. They performed the installation in about two or three hours. After the work was completed, they mentioned the cap was cracked and possibly leaking, and offered to seal it for another $300. I agreed, and they did it immediately. I have not been up on the roof to inspect their work, but from what I can tell, they did a good job. We've had several roaring fires since then, with no trouble.

Bill from ARCO inspected the chimney and took pictures to show me the damages. He also told me that I needed caps on the chimney. It took some time to finish the repairs due to bad weather, after all you don't someone working on the roof in bad weather and falling off. I was very satisfied with the work and would recommend them.

It went very well. Showed up on time, explained everything they were going to do in great detail, including taking photos on his iPhone and showing me what he found and what needed to be repaired. No pressure to make repairs, but all options were explained along with pricing for each. Very clean and tidy job, nothing left for us to clean up when they departed. They even removed and disposed of our old fireplace insert that we no longer wanted.

They were great. Very professional. We will use in the future.

The big deal on ARCO Roofing Chimney & Remodeling turned out to be good. They came out probably in November. They were professional and showed up on time. I would use this company again in the future.

It was a pain to schedule the service. Very little flexibility, constant last minute changes. Finally, when we agreed on the appointment time, they did not show up. I had to work around my work schedule to be able to get the appointment, and they did not even call to tell me they would be late . What a shame.

They were very informative and professional. I would definitely use them in the future.

It went good and they recommended some fixes that we will probably do later on.

Called to ask if they could come early! Caulked all our windows (only 15 were included but they threw in the extra 4 windows). Finished in a timely manner. Very friendly.

The parts were ordered and installation was completed in less than half a day. It work was done professionally and all old parts were taken with them. The new stainless steel cap looks great.

There was no trouble with scheduling and there were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. It took the technician about half of an hour or so on the work. He cleaned up well after it was complete. I thought the technician was professional and great at explaining what he was doing. So far, everything was just fine.
