Description of Work: They came out the day they were called, fitting me into a busy schedule. Bill was excellent in performing the water heater inspection and subsequent replacement. Description of Work: My Plumber evaluated the need for a sump pump that was recommended on an emergency basis by another plumber. My Plumber clearly explained why the sump pump was not needed at all and saved the $600 the other plumber said must be spent immediately.

+ -1 moreHis work was first class, knew what he was doing, and finished in a timely time, polite in answereing my stupid questions after the job. Cleaned the surface of the sink to mount new falucet and added a seal around outside thast wasn't needed but would help seal faucet in place. City came back and turn on Water that comes from main water and service man went and check all fittings for leaking. I used Credit Card to pay the Bill.
Description of Work: First, replaced Main Water valve in house, because could not shut off water completely so can work on plumbing in house. Had service man replace the cold water valve under sink, couldn't shut of water with the orginal valve, and since the ketchen sink faucets were old, had service man replaced the dual faucet with a single faucet control.

Description of Work: Installed a new Zoller sump pump with new check valve.Recommended this pump over the pump I had bought at HomeDepot. Zoller pump was much heavier with less plastic around the pump housing. Time will tell as to quality...our original pump lasted 24 years.

+ -1 moreThe person who came out had to lift the toilet and put a new seal underneath. He also replaced the line that supplies water. It wasn?t a big deal though. It was one of those things of plastic and with springs in it. They always do something that is a little extra, but I don?t know if that was charged. The total price for what he did was $135. He might have been here an hour. I have been pleased with the work, and I haven?t had a problem with it since. They are not inexpensive - I don?t know if the price is fair. I don?t know if it matches with other people. I am pretty careful about overspending, but I like what they do. There are three of them that have come out at various times, and they are all cleanly dressed and very clean about not tracking anything in the house. They are excellent. They are very polite, pleasant and well mannered, and I really like them. They come promptly and are really good at being responsive. If they are all out, it is usually within the day that I will get a call back. I don?t recall them being late or me being upset about it. I would continue to use them in the future because I can depend on them. I?ve had other plumbers whom I have had to call back or whatever. I have just been lucky with My Plumber.
Description of Work: I was having a little bit of a leakage problem, so I used My Plumber to put in the seal between the toilet and the floor. They also replaced a line that supplies water. They have also done Roto-Rooter things for me at one time.

+ -1 moreTwo plumbers were well groomed, neat and clean in their work, easy to communicate with and worked studiously, taking care with their work. I had used them at least twice prior to this visit, and would certainly call them again.
Description of Work: Sewage line blocked by roots.....cleared out to street (over sixty feet) Kitchen under sink plumbing replacement according to code. Yea! No more elbows that disconnect when they are bumped and as a result, no more leaks! Removal of heavy old utility tub in basement, a heavy, heavy job but they took it all away and.replaced the old 1960 model with a clean, updated utility tub. They extended the water lines to fit the new utility tub, added basic shut offs, and new basic faucets.

+ -1 moreOur experience with Charlie (My Plumber) was excellent! He stopped by in the afternoon, gave us an estimate and returned the next few days to complete the work. We normally perform our own home improvements, but felt uncomfortable running our own gas lines. Charlie stopped by, explained what needed to be done, and completed the work professionally, timely, and was very clean! He raised the outside gas meter so now it is level. He also put our minds at ease with the new gas piping to our fireplace. This was a very pleasant experience, and would recommend them to anyone! If I ever need any type of work they provide, they will always be my choice.
Description of Work: We had our outside gas meter raised up since it was sinking in the ground. The gas meter was raised and now level. We have a gas log fireplace, but the piping was not to code. They installed new gas iron pipes to our gas log fireplace.

+ -1 moreHad to schedule the repair since it was a non-emergency. Plumber arrived within ten minutes of scheduled time. After assessing the problem, plumber had to leave for parts, but was back within thirty minutes. Cost of the job was a little more than I thought/planned for, but he did a very good job and cleaned up afterwards. Since cost was a little high, I might shop around for a better deal next time.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced a four foot section of three inch ABS drain pipe, with two forty-five degree angles, and two securing bands.
