Description of Work: Excellent experience. ALL prior reports were A, not an average. Came on time, took longer than planned, called later appointments letting them know of delay. Found an expensive glass cooking top from GE at better price. Didn't mind my observing the work, entertaining. One man show. Reasonable.

Description of Work: Brian came out to look at a electric range burner that hasn't been working for ages. He did a thorough inspection and basically figured out that the whole range needed replacing and the one burner couldn't be fixed - this was unsurprising given its age. He explained the situation very clearly. Even though nothing got fixed, it gave me some peace of mind to know what was going on. We would definitely give AMB a call again for appliance repair.

Description of Work: Brian was very accommodating and he jumped through hoops in order to get a part quickly and make the repair as soon as possible, even though the appliance was just a dishwasher. Brian was friendly and professional.

Description of Work: Date of service 8-14-15. Cost of service $300.00.

Description of Work: New belts and pulley on dryer and cleaned dryer. Repaired exhaust system. Put new basket on washer and replaced the main pump. Both machines run like new. He was very professional and made two trips to fix the washer. After installing basket on first visit, found grinding noise in the main pump, which he ordered a new one and installed a week later.

Description of Work: Brian repaired my dishwasher and did a great job. He came the same day and worked around the fact that the DW was full and my cat wouldn't leave him alone. He charged for the just what he did on this visit and let me know there could be future issues with this washer as well as what the charges would be if he had to return. A good job and very good communication skills.

Description of Work: Brian changed the bad water discharge pump on my LG washer. He was prompt, professional and quick. I can not say enough.

Description of Work: I had purchased a used washer and dryer. The technician (owner) was prompt, professional, checked the washer ( as it leaked water), fixed a broken leg on the washer. He took the dryer apart, cleaned and put it back together. He spent about an hour, and told me that he did not believe I had gotten all the service I had paid for, since the appliances were in very good shape. So he told me when I use him the next time, he would not charge me the service fee. I found him pleasant and trust worthy.

Description of Work: Fixed the microwave. Came on time, was very professional, clean, respectful, honest and efficient. Went out of his way to take a look at our garbage disposal and pull out a plastic piece that was stuck. Would definitely hire again.
