I received 3 quotes from Angies list providers, Donnies was not the highest or lowest, but met my needs on timing. The price was reasonable, so I gave the go ahead. Understanding that to do this job it would take multiple visits for short period of time. The painter was punctual and did a good job. The final product was not quite up to excellent standards. They missed staining the bottom edge of the door and I had to have them come back to complete it. Based on this work, I would have considered using again, but more on this. I also needed some interior painting done and requested a separate quote on this work. Donnie came out and took the information to quote the job. Ten days later, I still do not have a quote or received any call. Based on this I would not use them again.

I got three estimates and they were the best considering everything. I had to add several rooms to the work list, but they were flexible and fast

He provided great service and he came right away. He returned calls right away. He came when he said he would come. He did a very professional job and was very neat.

I was impressed with Donnie's knowledge of the paint types that needed to be used and the finish that would best match my door. I also appreciated that he took the time to explain to me about the caulking and how it would alleviate a lot of my energy problems with my windows until they could be replaced. I was glad that he took care of the rusty lentils above the windows. Donnie took the time to explain to me exactly what needed to be done, what products would be best to use, and how long it would take to complete all the work. Every step of the way he communicated to me what was going on and offered me options/recommendations. The cost of the job was very reasonable, and the job was finished on time. Both Donnie and the painter who worked with him were industrious and very pleasant. Overall, Donnie did a great job! I plan on having him back soon to clean and stain my deck.

The workers are very respectful and clean to my house and they were great. They were on time and they stand behind their work and I would recommend them. I can even leave my home and trust them.

I couldn't be happier with Donnies Painting. Other than the delayed stat date, which was no fault of his as we had a very wet spring this year, the service was perfect. The whole process took about 9 days and at times there were five people here painting all day long. They cleaned up everyday and always threw away all of their garbage and they even noticed a couple of areas that needed to be painted that we did not see when we were quoting the job and did not charge me any more when they certainly could have. I was very impressed with their honesty and hard work. I will definitely call them again if I need any painting done.

5/24/2007: Terrific. Donnie finished ahead of schedule and under budget. Doors looked fantastic - he took the time to prep them properly and double-finish coat. He's a class guy on top of that - I'll call him back to paint my stair railings later in the year.

They are very easy to work with, extremely reliable, reasonable, & do quality work. As we encountered drywall problems, they were very accommodating & good at repairs.

DONNIE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CHOOSING THE RIGHT CONTRASTS OF COLOR AND WHICH TYPE PAINT TO USE WHETHER IT BE GLOSS, SEMI GLOSS OR A FLAT PAINT TO GO IN EACH ROOM.
