I'm a long time customer and have seen the service decline over the past few years. I prepay for my entire year service in January and receive a small discount. Over the past few years I have had an issue with a weed know as nut hedge and have asked them to monitor this. Again it has appeared and they have done nothing about it. I have place numerous calls and very seldom get a return call. I did get a return call from Chris (I believe) and was told that there was a mix up in the schedule but he did not say that the problem would be taken care of. I have been told that the cost of the application for nut hedge is an extra cost, which I have agreed to pay, but still no resolution. I don't understand why when they come out to provide the routine services they are not checking the condition of my lawn and then advising me of recommend solutions and or additional services. Plus you would think they would respond to calls. I have become very dissatisfied with their service and to be honest, they don't seem to care. I will not use them next year but since I have prepaid for this year I would expect them to provide the service that I'm entitled to or provide a refund to me.
