The owner, Brenda makes herself available and has a great crew. They do a fantastic job. I could probably find someone less expensive, but I really trust Brenda and her crew.

I purchased 2 hours of cleaning (with 2 people) via one of Angie's Deals ($75 for $150 worth of cleaning). The cleaning team did a fabulous job. Honestly, I couldn't believe how much they were able to accomplish in 2 hours.

Their cleaning was good, but one of the workers happened to talked to me constantly—she seemed like she was talking more than she was cleaning.

They did a very good job. I was very pleased with their work. The house was very clean. The price was extremely reasonable. I felt like I was dealing with an actual person as opposed to some of the other companies where you are unable to speak with the actual people who clean your house.

Brenda and her staff were very professional. They were able to perform the initial cleaning within a week of scheduling and were quite effective. My wife and I were extremely pleased w/ the job they performed and we are now scheduled for a monthly cleaning.

Brenda and her cleaning crew do a great job. They leave their shoes at the door (not my request, that's just what they do) and they bring all their equipment and supplies. They're friendly, efficient and they do a good job cleaning. I'm a very satisfied customer.

We had a home visit by Brenda to go over the service provided including an initial deep cleaning for a reasonable extra charge. The entire team of 4 or 5 works quickly and thoroughly completing the job in a couple of hours. She's very friendly and trustworthy. We just love her and can't wait for her next visit in a couple of days!

Brenda gave us an estimate and review what was covered. She started with a deep clean and now does a reg. clean every 2 weeks. They interacted with my pet and worked quickly. They continue to be very dependable and reliable.

Brenda and her team are very punctual and thorough in their cleaning paying special attention to detail. They are also very flexible. If you need something special done, they will do it! I have enjoyed having her come to my home for the past three years.

They come out once a month. They are very thorough and very professional. They usually come out with five people and finish the job in one hour. They also stand behind their work. If at all there are any problems they will take care of it. I wish their price wasn?t this high, but I am willing to spend it because I like what they do. I am pleased with their service overall.

Everthing went fine. The estimate was given to us a few days after we called, and then work was scheduled promptly. S&B showed up when they said they would, went right to work, and even came back the next day to finish when things took longer than they had expected. No additional payment was requested for that. Our house was the cleanest I'd ever seen it -- even the smallest crevices in our woodwork were sparkling clean.

Initially called and followed up with an email to indicate interest. Took quite a while to get a response--said they were on vacation--probably would have been good to put a voice mail message and/or email autoresponse indicating such. Scheduled an onsite meeting to discuss starting up regular cleaning services with Brenda and she indicated from a home of our size it would be $120 per cleaning. The window was 2 hours and Brenda called 10 minutes before the end of the window to reschedule. She was exasperated and a bit unprofessional; for example she said "why on earth did we schedule this during the week". I let it go and we scheduled for Sunday at 2 PM (the weekend was her request). Sunday arrived and 2 PM came and went and she did not show and did not call. On the chance that a major emergency came up, I have given it another 48 hours after the missed appointment and still not a peep. Thus, this company seems to have a major problem responding in a timely manner. If they are this bad up front (i.e., trying to get the customer), I fear how bad they would be during ongoing business having already gotten the customer.

I got a call back within a day. Got the service scheduled when I needed it. They arrived on time. Brenda walked through the house with me to describe what they would do. Everything looked great when they were done. I would definitely use them again.
