The cost was more than double the estimate the lady gave me on the phone. I guess the lady that scheduled me had no idea about the prices.

Called and Alex came out the next day (Saturday). No added fees for weekend sent me email indicating who was coming with their picture. Recommended new motor and controls. (Old system was ancient) Had work done in under 2 hours and new door works great. Highly recommend them.

Tech gave me some options for my repair and completed the repairs in under 2 hours. Gave me a final overview of the repairs and upgrades. I hit the car with the garage door and then the garage door did not close. I searched on the internet and called Precision garage door on Friday late evening. They came on Saturday, and gave me estimate of $850 and $1,100 for a 3-year warranty and a 7-year warranty. I felt the serviceman tried to scare me of damage and charged high, so I just mentioned I needed just an estimate, he charged me $50. I later fixed the garage door for just $65. Do not try to sell things and not to be scaremongers, please win trust of your customers by fixing their problem with a right cost.

The guy showed up when he said he would, was polite, and even did extra service. Price options were reasonable, and the work was done in a timely fashion. Definitely recommended!

Rep diagnosed problem, offered multiple options and completed project within estimated cost and time frame quoted. Company response time to book job was also excellent having a live rep avaible to answer call 24/7.
