The man who came out was nice and professional, but too expensive for what he did.

I had issues with my garage door closing properly. I contacted the company, and they came right away. This was Sept. 2019. The cost for repair I am now discovering I could have purchased a new door. I was never offered a new door price vs. repairs to be done. Very unhappy. The installer and work done were fine, Just sticker shock with the cost of repair on an older door.

Great customer service. With the company offering 7 days a week service, this really helps get the customer out of a jam. Garage door spring broke on Saturday and had them repair on Sunday. I couldn't open the door due to its weight so would have needed to take a day off work on Monday if waited for any other company to come (car parked inside). My only issue is the warranty of service. The warranty is base on up charge of other items possibly needing repair/replaced. Basically if your garage door isn't 100% pristine, the warranty went from X years to literally just 90 days. Even if you buy the heavy duty/higher cycle use product, which they claim can last up to 15 years, the warranty drops to 90 days if you don't get every other item fixed. These items are not preventing the door from operating and even then is stated they are worn down from use, not that they are broken or in danger of failing soon.

Replaced hardware on double wide garage door. Excellent work. Arrived the same day we called. Work done efficiently at reasonable cost. Called after one month to ask for an adjustment in lift weight. Arrived again in a few hours and replaced the springs at no additional cost. Very professional. Excellent customer service.

Serviceman was nice and knowledgeable offer variety of solution, the product and warranty had satisfy my concerns, once project had finished serviceman demonstrated everything was in working order I was every pleased, later on that Friday evening Murphy's Law appeared I immediately called to report the problem understandable next available schedule would be Monday, Serviceman arrived on time fixed the problem no charge thanks to my purchased warranty. Job well done

They explained all the options of openers they carry. Helped weigh pro and cons of each. Did quality work and cleaned up every little bit of material from the job. Would definitely use again.

Precision was on time. In fact called & asked if they could come early . Gave me all my options I chose what was right for my budget and they in stalled it . They carry almost all items with them on truck so when they come for estimate they install at same time . Great experience .
