I do not know about the work quality as of yet. They just started today.

I wish we had gone with another vendor. The shower installation looks like it was done by a handyman rather than a professional subcontractor. My mom's shower looks so uneven, it is borderline comical.  Our experience with Leaf Home Safety Solutions for our shower installation is as follows:  The salesman was misleading. He took a look at the bathroom, and told us it would take one, one and a half to two days tops it took four (edit: adding three more days to this job). He told my mother that instead of having the shower installed from wall to wall, a nook would be a better fit for her. Having a nook was not even on our radar, but the more he talked about it, the more my mother wanted it. Then he stated that a soap dispenser would be an option (which she loved), but we found out later that it was not. He told us we could use the shower immediately after installation. We found out later that that was not true. He told her about the financing options we had and said that no money down was required, but asked if we could put a little something down to make his boss happy.  A rep came out shortly afterward to look at the bathroom, take measurements, etc. The rep was unaware of the nook that the salesman spoke to us about earlier. The rep stated that a nook could be done, but we would have to pay more than the agreed-upon price to an outside person to complete the job. The salesman failed to mention that to us. We placed a call back to the company to address our concerns, but that problem was quickly resolved. Once the subcontractors arrived, they were clueless about the nook either; it was not included in their plans. Another call was placed to clarify the job description. Once clarified, the work proceeded. On Day One, great care was taken to cover the bathroom floor and toilet area from dust, debris, outside dirt, etc. From Day 4 to 4, the coverings were not used. As the job was in progress, it was obvious to me that the nook would not work due to our walls not being even, and the space from the floor to the ceiling widening, giving it a very uneven look. My fear is that the obviously uneven nook plans would have proceeded had I not voiced my concerns.  The finished work does not look as professional as we expected. I am still cleaning caulk from the inside of the shower walls. One of the shelves had an obvious jagged cut. I was surprised. I had to ask if something could be done to give it a more polished look (caulk was placed over it). The same shelf has a small gap (the other shelf is okay). I also have to paint over the shower and along the outer shower crease where caulk overlaps onto the ceiling/wall (edit: they sent someone out to paint, and it still looks unprofessional, which is no fault of the painter; the original subcontractor applied silicone where he should have applied caulk). There is a gap where the floor trim was cut and left with no attempt to repair it (wdit: it was later repaired after I mentioned it). There is also an area where there was a gap big enough to put my hand halfway through that left exposed caulk showing. The subcontractor only attempted to fix it once I mentioned it. There were places where the original subcontractor was supposed to put silicone or caulk, but did not. On a scale of 1-10 as far as the finished look goes, we are being generous and say 3. I called corporate to voice my concerns. They stated they would call me back, but that never happened. I have so much more that I could write, but I think whoever reads this review will get the point. I will mention that they cancelled scheduled appointments twice and came by recently to try to fix the messy silicone job by painting over it. The guy said he needed additional items to complete the job and told us they would be right back, but five hours later, I had to call to find out where the guy was. Our overall experience was not what we expected from a company being to...

The person sub-contracted to clean the gutters did not clean all of the gutters. Did not finish the job. Higher gutters are still undone after being paid $800.

The gutters got cleaned. Leaf Filters were installed on the gutter. I am waiting to see if the filters actually worked. There were two issues. The first is that the installer did not show for the orginal appointment. I had to call customer service to reschedule the appointment. The second issue is that two items in my garage were stolen. The items were a toilet auger and a day pack. The day pack contained "essential items" for hiking that I have had for at least 30 years. Essential means items like a compass, emergency blanket, first aid etc. plus a monocular. It will cost around $250.00 to replace.

The sales man lied about what he was doing and my gutters had plants growing through them and he did nothing till they my came to install and couldn?t use my existing gutter. The cost was over priced for the hassle and degradation as a woman I endured!

very professional and installer did a very good job. iI had my gutter cleaned and a new drain part was added. will use again if needed.

The salesperson promised that I will see pictures of the job done right after it is completed. However. The technician told me the only office is entitled to see the final product. It has been a week now. No one has contacted me about it. Still, do not know what was done. Debris removed from gutters was left o the roof and floor, as well as the metal pieces, loose screws. Really a messy job. Nothing according to what was promised.

They were very efficient and did the job very professionally. It's so good to see it rain and the water is not leaking where it's not suppose to. I am very pleased with the work and thank God I don't have to worry about cleaning gutters anymore. They arrived on time and went right to work. The were so fast, I didn't realize they were finished until they called me outside to examine their work. I loved what I saw. Good job!!!!!
