Great. I was concerned about the stairs and deck as it is old wood and thought it would begin to peel but so far it has held up and shows no signs of peeling. The power washing of the stone walls, house, patio and shed was very thorough and really cleaned up well. My house has not been that clean in years.

They didn't follow the contract directions when applying the coat to the roof. They only powerwashed instead of all the priming process that was necessary, and only applied 1 coat of the rustoleum instead of 2. Less than a year later, the coat was already coming off. I called them several times to rectify that. They mentioned that their boss would come to look at the situation, and he never reached back out to. I first reached out around 8 months ago.

The gentleman who came out was very professional and prompt w quote. Additional sidewalk was a very fair price - as I live on a corner lot. I think he was a stand up guy and very fair. When it came time to do the work, the drive and sidewalk was power washed but did not complete the seal....I called to ask about the seal and they told me they would call the guy that came out to do the estimate. He was out of town but did call me promptly. He took care of the call but I did not hear from them for a few days later. Aprox a week later, and on a Sunday morning, a guy showed up unannounced to seal the concrete in the drive and sidewalk. It was a windy day and when he sprayed it created a whirl wind heading to the east. Because I did not know when they were showing, my boyfriend and I left our vehicles in the street. My boyfriend had just bought a 2016 Jeep and was in the path of the east whirl wind sealer. He immediately took the vehicle to the car wash to get the seal mist off. the vehicle was fine but better communication should have taken place. I still would use them and they did a good job and w a very fair price,

Master Blaster did an outstanding job painting the exterior of our house. They fixed some water-damaged siding, gutters, and guided us throughout the project on what could be fixed. The workmanship was excellent. They painted additional items such as mailbox post, lighting power boxes, gutters. They also cleaned up after work each day and discussed their progress along the way. They professionally answered all of my questions and provided guidance when necessary. I felt comfortable with each of the workers at my house and the recommendations they made. They completed our project within a few days. I will definitely use them again.

Estimate was given very quickly. The work was performed as contracted. They came when they said they would come and did everything they said they would do. They even moved all my items off the deck. When they power washed they didn't get goop everywhere. I'm very happy and overall a fantastic experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend again.

It took longer than expected but that is understandable since it is there busy time of year. They would show up for a few hours here and there and then leave for another project. What I want to stress to anyone considering using this company is to be sure you compare apples to apples when you think their quote is the best one. I learned the hard way. I have had a lot of painting done over the years and I have never had painting done without the caulking of holes and gaps done first. This is so disappointing. When I asked (after the fact) I was told that caulking was not included. Who paints without caulking first? I don't get it. Just now I was on a ladder cleaning out my gutters and I noticed even more areas that were just painted over and no caulking was done. Useless nails were not even removed...just painted over. I had a few trim boards replaced and those area look good. Overall, I am just disappointed. I expected the house to look better than this. As far as response I want to say that it was slow. Once again, I tried to be patient because they are busy. I feel that Scott was both hot and cold with me. I asked for a few things to be done that apparently were not included even though I thought we discussed it before hand. He did come around and washed the dirty window frames (that could be reached) when I asked them to. Once again that was not included but I thought that would be done with the power washing. I want to stress again that you need to be make sure up front what is going to be done and what is not included.

It went very poorly. I heard nothing until one day they just showed up to power wash my deck. I have triple wide glass patio doors and he sprayed soap all over them, the side of my house, and everything the power washer would reach. I got home Tuesday evening about 8:30 and it was a mess. It had baked in the sun all day. I spent over an hour Tuesday evening rinsing soap off my deck. Then another hour or so Wednesday morning rinsing soap off my deck. My floor is as dirty as it was before he started. He didn't clean it, he just sprayed the soap on it and left it. My friend and I cleaned it the last time so I know how it must be done and how it should look when it's done right. It has been a week and I've spoke with Scott once and emailed him a couple of times. He apologized for the mess and said they would be here Friday to fix it and work on staining my deck. At 6pm Friday I got a call and they said they wouldn't be able to make it out that day. It's 7pm on Monday and I've heard nothing from them so I hired someone else to clean up their mess and do the work right. I sent Scott an email telling him I would no longer need his services.

Excellent. Fast and professional service. Awning was very dirty and "moldy," but it now looks almost new. Very pleased.

The workers were very friendly and seemed to want to do a good job, however my suspicion is that they forgot to wash/rinse everything off the floor in my house. They came and power-washed my house and ruined the plants surrounding my house. The people who washed the house told me that there was bleach in the cleaning product, which is not good for plants. I've been in business for a number of years and I asked him to come and see what happened and see and we can talk about it. He was cussing with me over the phone and hung up on me. Told me he was on the BBB and accredited, but he is not.

Mike was excellent. Very professional and scheduled quickly so all would be complete in time for our party. Fully explained the power washing process and reassured us on the impact to landscaping (none) and completed it on time with high quality. The painting was completed on schedule and the deck looked great. It was a drastic visual improvement and worth every penny to have done by professionals.

It didn't go well, at least from my perspective. I had used them last year but didn't recognize the people this year. On Day One, a man came and pressure washed everything -- pretty good job, nothing special. He said we need to put some sand in the cracks on that front brick walk. OK, I agreed. On Day Two a different man and his young assistant came. They asked me what their man had done on Day One. (That struck me as a little odd.) I had specified that I wanted a very light stain on the deck. The new man proceeded to put a medium color stain on the deck and said, this looks a lot better. Not to me. I told him what the first guy said about sand on the walk and he said, Oh no, you want sand on this patio. It would take a truckload to do the front walk. I said, OK. My mistake. They put sand on the patio -- way too much, then brushed and blew and fussed with it for a long time. There is still sand on the patio, hiding its attractive color and making the surface gritty and a bit unsightly. As Strother Martin said in "Cool Hand Luke," "What we have here is a failure to communicate." Bottom line, the whole scene is OK now, and maybe it's partly my fault. But next year I'll try somebody else.

It was a great experience! Scheduling was very prompt and accommodating. Angie's list actually called me and asked if I needed anything done. I have been meaning to look up a power washer company and they called Master blaster. He called me and left an estimate at my door. I was scheduled by the beginning of the next week. When they showed up to start they mentioned they also stain decks and I asked for an estimate. They had me scheduled the next day which was great! Aside from the GFI circuit tripping and not finding it for a while it was a great experience. I will hire them again when I have a large painting job again.

The other reviewers are correct: wow, the power washing made a difference. My house looks great, but my eaves - which had heavy discoloration from mold, and sidewalks look amazing. I will use them next time I need their service. Prompt and professional, no doubt.

Master Blasters was the most responsive deck cleaning company that I found in the Columbus area. They responded quickly to my request for a cost proposal and were able to fit me into their schedule within a few weeks. We discussed and resolved the cleaning and stain products that they would use quickly after I did some research on Consumer Reports. They made me feel very comfortable that we had made a good selection that would ensure that my deck will look good for a few years. The first day, they powerwashed my 750 SF wood deck and then removed dirt, mildew and old sealer. Having done that myself several years ago, I appreciated that they'd done a very good job at that task. Two days later, they applied 2 wet coats of semi-transparent wood stain/sealer. My deck looks wonderful and I highly recommend them.
