We contacted the company and they came to the house for an estimate. They came in the truck, and quoted us a price that was far below that of 2 other haulers we had called (though I cannot remember the actual amount), and upon our agreement they loaded and removed the concrete that night. Terrific service! Would definitely use again.

Trash Daddy responded to my email same day, even though it was a Saturday. Verified appointment via email and phone. Friendly, efficient ,professional and less expensive than other like providers. I highly recommend them and we will use them again in the future!

The above provider removed the old 4-seat hot tub, empty the water before boarding on the truck. I was very surprise to see them being so promptly and letting me know that it was done. Unbelievable and very professional, and friendly. They also asked me if there is any more that need to be haul away and I wish we could on my father-in-law property, due to the executor estate/ My husband and I were indeed happy about that removal of the hot tub because it has not been in use for over 20 years. We are ready to get out porch/deck clean and stain next year. Thank you, Ryan and your co-workers for coming to the house and you guys made our day.

When the fence installer refused to haul away the old fence at my home, I contacted Trash Daddy. They were very courteous, prompt and efficient. The 83' of fence was falling apart and contained many nails, which made it difficult to move. It was also in my back yard and had to be carried to the driveway. I was very pleased with their service and professionalism. I would hire them again, and I would recommend them to others without reservation.

These guys were great. I didn't have anything piled up and ready to go, we just walked around the yard and garage while I pointed out things I wanted them to haul away. They talked for a bit came back and gave me what I thought was a great price and I said lets do it. After they started loading the trash I looked around and started pointing out more stuff for them to take. They were very accommodating. When all was said and done I asked what I owed them now. They said I didn't really add that much ( I thought I did) and the original price was still good. I highly recommend this service and I know I will be using their services in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Trash Daddy. From the first inquiry phone call to the final pick-up on move day, they were completely customer service-oriented and willing to do whatever it took to help me with this move. Anyone who has ever had to clean out a home after many years, knows the challenges of "what to do with all this stuff and how to get it out of here." For me, Trash Daddy helped by hauling away many of the larger items that could still be donated, but that I had no way of hauling out of my home, and by removing any trash that would not fit in my limited weekly trash pickup. Trash Daddy came to my house a few weeks before the move to remove these larger items, and then returned on the afternoon of moue-out day, to pick-up any remaining items that I had left in the driveway. They were able to pickup prior to the new owners moving in, so all was cleaned out in a timely manner. The Trash Daddy team is completely professional and helpful at all times. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.

We called to get a quote on trash removal. Because of a scheduling issue on our part, we didn't use Trash Daddy for this job, but I did want to write a favorable review since they called back quickly and were very friendly.

Very easy to arrange. Prompt call back from truck. One stop prior to my residence. Enough room to pick up all items hauled away within 30 minutes of arrival. Easy to pay right on scene.

It went great. I am glad that I called them to do my hauling job. Austin and Joe were punctual, friendly, and hard workers. They did a great job in removing all damaged items in my basement when it had flooded and cleaned the back of my garage that had a lot of junk. Since moving into our house, we've acquired a lot of junk through making updates so we had a basement half full of cardboard boxes and broken / old furniture and half our garage was full of junk including an old couch and windows we'd had replaced. My husband called up Trash Daddy's Hartville number on the Wednesday, left a message and got a call back within the hour. They arranged to come over the next day, provide an estimate and would carry out the work immediately if we were happy with the estimate. On the Thursday, they were in touch beforehand to check that the time still worked for us, and were very punctual. Both of the guys who came to the house were really nice, very professional and had everything removed within less than an hour. And they cleaned up afterwards, so the basement and garage were all swept out and looked great once they were done. I really appreciated how patient they were as we corralled our dogs and cat. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

Three efficient, and accommodating gentlemen came to my house and and hauled away thirty years of junk we "might" have used someday but never did. They even moved some furniture for me that I needed moved. I recommend them to anyone, and plan to have them back for another project in the spring.

Brian is awesome! He is SO courteous and professional. He came on time and I was able to pay him on the spot with my credit card. Even though he was almost an hour from us, he came out to do the job. We had to have this material removed the next day and he was there. In fact, we had him come back the next day to do another job for us and he was very happy to accommodate us. I would HIGHLY recommend his service!

We purchased a home and gutted the basement and didn't own anything large enough to put the debris in. I called Brian and left a message he returned my call quickly. We spoke about details of what his company offered. I liked the trailer was only a 7 day rental, I knew we would only need it for a short time and didn't want the trailer in the yard for longer than that. He arrived when he said he would and was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We filled the trailer called him and told him the trailer was ready for pick up he was there the next day. I would RECOMMEND him for any kind of removal. The reason for the "B" on price most places I called was a little less money and longer time rental? Bottom line Brian has great customer service and I would use him again.

First time using this company and I was pleasantly surprised. I should of called them for my other hauling needs in the past. The two young guys showed up on time, were very professional and courteous. They asked questions, we settled on a price and they got to work loading. They swept up all dirt and debris and even checked my driveway for nails. I highly recommend them!

They gave a reasonable quote before they came back for the items and raised it only $10 after I had added some things to the pile after the estimate.They are quick to respond to phone calls and are professional and courteous in their work. I am in the process of downsizing my home and have already amassed some more items for them to pick up. I like that they recycle what items they can. Cost was better than I expected.

Arrived on-time, reviewed our items and provided their quote. It was a great price and in less than 30-minutes our items were loaded on their trucks. These young guys make it look easy. It was not easy. They had to negotiate two (2) flights of stairs with large heavy objects. Trash Daddy has my business whenever I need heavy-hauling again. Plus they gave me a break ($10) since I was an Angie's List member!

Delivered and picked up as promised. Used them because they are local guys and the price was reasonable. Nice guys on phone and in person.
