Jack and Justin (Father and Son) were incredible to deal with. We got their name when I saw them working on the roof across the street. We are in an older home and the gutters / downspouts and roof (with the exception of some minor repairs) were the original to the home. Not only were they extremely detailed oriented, Jack and Justin answered all of our questions and concerns with confidence. There wasn't a doubt, after talking to them, that this would be the company we would go to knowing we had other bids for the job. During the process, one of our porch windows broke. Jack and Justin made sure that they window would be replaced and paid for in a timely fashion. Upon some other supervising things that Jack was tending to, he offered some necessary replacements of siding due to age/wear that would make our home look terrific along with the new roof, gutters and downspouts. I highly recommend Ultraguard LLC. Their products are tops!

Jack was very helpful and responsive when I called in desperate need of gutter replacement, due to some heavy snow storms that had torn our gutters down. He and his son came by the next day and gave me a fair estimate, and by the end of the week their team came, on time, and installed our brand new gutters. I was very pleased with the service I received . They came between the time frame I was quoted. They had a large crew to get the job done quickly. There was a mix up with the right materials. Once they got the right one . they were able to complete the job. I would use the company again.

They were very professional and courteous and even came back and finished on the weekend since they couldn't work one day due to the weather. Would highly recommend them as their work and the looks of the new gutters, soffits and facia turned out better than I had imagined

I hired Jack for a complete upgrade to my house, siding, gutters, and shingles. The work was done and I was told that, if I had any issues with water coming over the gutters, he would fix it. Well, since then, I had a tree fall on my house, Jack came up with the insurance adjuster to walk through the repairs and was supposed to do them. It has been approximately 3 months, over a dozen phone calls, several phone messages, emails, and texts and he will not answer or respond to my calls. I called him from my sons phone and he picked up on the second ring and told me he would be out the next day, on which he did not show up, that was the third time he had lied to me about showing up. In all due respect just answer my calls and do not ignore me and just tell me you do not want the job... It is very disrespectful and rude to treat a customer (who gave you plenty of work) the way he has treated me, know I am a widow, and doing this on my own. I would never again recommend his service to anyone, and the fact that on his phone he has a voicemail saying **leave a message and God Bless***, really? I am so frustrated with how he has treated me over these months, knowing I needed to get my house fixed and not telling me he just did not want the job so I could move forward with another contractor. I highly do not recommend his service to anyone cause in the future if there is an issue, he will not respond to you, he is a salesman and good at it, do not let him hook you in, find another contractor. What a fantastic experience. After several disappointments with other companies I was fortunate to find these guys on Home Advisor. My home is a 1918 home, rather tall and difficult to access. The crew that came out not only was able to professionally deal with these challenges but did masterful work on soffit-fascia repair and gutter installation. It is such beautiful work and I appreciate the thought and care they put into it. I highly recommend UltraGuard to anyone that cares about quality workmanship, integrity and professional conduct.

We are very please with our gutters and leaf protectors. The crew did a great job with the install and clean up. We did have a little communication problem in the process, but all came out fine. We prefer to deal with local knowledgeable and friendly companies, that is why we chose Ultra Guard.

Joe and his crew arrived when they said they would and stayed at it until the job was completed. Workmanship was excellent. Clean-up was excellent and the difference the gutters make in the appearance of our home is incredible! We opted for the color black and they really compliment the white exterior and black shutters. We recently had a new roof installed and the gutters and downspouts compliment that as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job done.
