They were very professional and very willing to work around our schedule.

I took advantage of a $399 Angie?s List special offered by Tri State Painting for two interior painters for a day. Nick and Kyle arrived promptly as expected the morning of the job. They were very careful and conscientious in moving the necessary furniture and putting down protective covering on the floor. Then they set about thoroughly prepping the walls we wanted to have painted in the dining room, living room and hall. When it came to the painting itself, they did a beautiful job, very neat and meticulous, two coats of paint. The lighting in the hall was not as good as in the dining room and living room and after the guys left, the next day, I noticed that there were a few small areas that had a few glitches. I wasn?t sure at first if I should just leave well enough alone or see about gettting the areas touched up. I gave a call to Tri State and the guys came back out. I had been so pleased with everything already done that I wanted to get the guys? opinions about whether I should just leave things alone, or if they thought they could improve upon the few areas in the hall. They, too, immediately noticed the slightly rough spots and said they were confident that the areas just needed a touch up. They were right, there was no additional charge, and now the whole house looks fresh and new. Great job!

We are getting the house ready to put on the market and wanted some help to get the big painting done. Wow were they a big help! We got the the stair well, two hallways, living room, dinning room, master bed room and family room done in eight hours! They even stayed a little late to get everything finished! Nick and Chris are very professional, personable and fun to work with, and most importantly, they are great painters. I sure wish I could paint that fast and cleanly.

The crew did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. They were very clean and took care to cover everything to protect my belongings. They basically remolded my entire attic and painted all the walls in the entire house. I received many estimates and their prices was very competitive with the other estimates I received. I was really impressed with Chris' knowledge and the advice he gave during the remodel. I plan to use them in the future for my basement remodel and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a all around great painting company.

Tri-State Painting has been great to work with. They were neat, polite and professional. The house looks great. The day after they left I noticed one spot that had been missed and they came back immediately to take care of it. I will definitely use them again!

His name was Chris Kash and they didn’t do a very good job. The guy tried but he didn’t have the help that he wanted. He had to let one guy go and then he tried coming back himself to do it right but he was exhausted. We weren’t happy with him and we weren’t satisfied. We had to hire another painter to finish the job. There was a lot of spots in the ceiling they did not get. The price was way too high. He charged an extra $1,000 to paint the cabinets and he could have told us that upfront. He has gotten too big and it is hard to find good help. He has tried to use some of their employee recommendations and it has gotten him into trouble and that is what we experienced. The quality was very shoddy. He just didn’t do a professional job.

I contacted them and they never called me back. They sent me one message stating when they could see me, gave them a specific date but never heard back from them.

They showed up on time and were very professional. I have painted for myself in the past, and they truly were a lot better. They gave me tips on additional work I was planning; a lot of great information. I am very glad we made the investment; there's a big difference in the quality of the work. They repaired wall dings (there were a lot of them!) and you can't tell where the repairs were made. I'm a fan, am thinking about using them for additional work!

It was great. They did a good job. They painted the whole room with two coats and the doors with one coat. Two painters came out and the clean up was very good. The price was great.

Everything went well. Chris first came and wrote up an estimate. We then picked dates to do work, Chris was on time and did an excellent job. Would recommend.

The job went great! These guys were top notch. They immediately realized that the area could be primed in far less than the day contracted for, so they also did the sealing, caulking and priming of all woodwork and trim. Did wonderful job, cleaned up afterwards. I found them friendly and professional. Would highly recommend Tri-State Painting to any friend, family or neighbors in need of reasonably priced and professional quality painting. In a business where quality, professionalism and price are competitive Tri-State proved to be A+++ for me.

They arrived on time and set up drop cloths quickly. I mentioned what I hoped they could do in the four hours I purchased and was told they could even do our base boards in addition to the walls - which I wasn't expecting but very glad to hear because the base boards were pretty badly scuffed. They also fixed several places where the walls had indentations and nicks and nail holes. They finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. Everything looks great.

Work was excellent. When they were done they cleaned up everyone thing including steam cleaning the kitchen floor.

The two rooms look amazing, we are very happy with the work Tri State Painting did for us. We usually do our own painting, but with busy work schedules and a wife who is 8 months pregnant we decided to hire someone to paint our son's new room and the nursery for the baby. They were professional, courteous and they did very good work. They saved us a lot of time and effort for a reasonable price. We did get a coupon for a good part of the work from an Angie's List deal - we did add some extra time so we could have both rooms completed. Overall, very happy with the quality of the work and the experience.

Tri-State responded to my request for quote very quickly and accommodated my schedule. The initial walk through was on time, courteous and professional. Since I was painting for resale Chris offered several excellent suggestions of what to paint and the appropriate color. A written detailed quote was provided via email that we discussed to come to an agreement. I got competitive bids for the work and Tri-State was the least expensive. The crew arrived on time every day and was very pleasant and courteous. They respected my property and took all necessary precautions to prevent paint spillage or property damage. The crew size was varied as the work progressed so they could be completed on the schedule they originally quoted. They did a very large amount of work in 4 days. My job involved removing some wall paper, prepping the wall and then painting it. This can be a messy job and they performed it quickly with no mess after the task. In addition, after they arrived we decided to paint an additional room with wall paper. I agreed to this and even this additional work did not extend the project time line. There were questions along the way about color, coverage, additional things that needed to be done etc. Chris the owner was very professional about all these, gave me good recommendations from his experience and always allowed me to decide the outcome even when it may have meant more work for the crew. I would say my experience was excellent and professional from the beginning to end. The quality was excellent and price reasonable. I feel I got good value for my money. I would definitely use Tri-State Painting in the future for any painting needs I may have.

Great attention to detail and customer service on a large painting job. The entire crew was very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with the painting and are hoping to have them do interior painting.
