I have been with them for years but nothing occurred and the price is not outrageous also. He's been very accommodating. I also accessed them a number of years ago in an accident and it was seamless. They didn't have to pay but they were right there communicating, telling me what's going to happen and it was unpleasant experience when you have car accident but it was as good as it could be under the circumstances and that's what kept me with them. Throughout that time of accident, in refinancing and needed the policy, I e-mailed them and they answered immediately and I've been very appreciative of their efficiency, concern and support.
Description of Work: I have used Travelers Insurance for many years for my car and home insurance.
