They're highly rated. They're easy to work with.

They are flexible and competent. I am comfortable having them in my home. They are willing to help in any way and are a huge help. They assist with laundry, grocery shopping and many tasks around the home. Their availability is unbelievable and they are willing to help you in any situation.

The caregiver assigned to my mother was unsatisfactory. I terminated her services after the 3rd day. On the 1st day, she called me shortly after I left for work to tell me she thought my mom was in pain and she would like to give her pain medicine if I would tell her where we kept it. At that time, my mom was sleeping continuously. I told her I did not want my mom medicated. The caregiver then called my husband and asked him the same thing. He also told her no. She arrived late on the 2nd day because her car broke down. Her car leaked oil on my driveway. She had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. She again asked me where we kept the pain medicine and I told her I would take responsibility for medicating my mom. I overlooked these things because she seemed genuinely concerned for my mother. When I arrived home from work on the 3rd day, she said, and quot;Your neighbors will probably tell you what happened today. Your dog got loose. I had to chase him through some yards, but I caught him after a couple of minutes.and quot; My neighbors later told me she chased the dog for about 15 minutes, leaving my mom unattended. I noticed an empty can of Red Bull on the kitchen counter. I had told her she was welcome to have anything in our fridge. When she saw me looking at the can she said, and quot;I know Red Bull's expensive. I'll gladly pay you for it, but I had to have it. It was all I could do to stay awake today.and quot; When she left, I called the office and canceled her.
The office staff listened to my complaint and apologized. They offered to send someone else but I declined. I rated the overall experience a and quot;Band quot; because of the office staff. Even though this caregiver was unsatisfactory, I felt like they would have worked with me to get a good solution.

We have been using Visiting Angels since 2011 and am more than satisfied with their services. We have had several caregivers over the last couple of years and all have been freindly, efficient and good cooks. It gives me peace of mind knowing there is someone coming over to help Dad when I cannot be there and make sure he is feed and takes his medications on schedule.

Aids seemed inexperienced and unreliable. One fell asleep while on duty with Mom, and another one didn't show up when expected.

Overall - A ok. Office staff works smoothly, calls answered promptly, and Jeanna is super: efficient, positive, and upbeat. Kathy L. is terrific with my Mom and just has a special way to make a person"s day go from good to great - couldn't have a better care person.

I wanted to stay with her though they had someone else to refer to me. They are all very good.

They are in Central Ohio. My mother had Parkinson’s and she had 24 hour care for 7.5 years and they were the third service and were the best. Both my parents died within the last 6 months and they came to the hospital to see them and to the funeral home, and they were very accommodating.

I am very very pleased with them and the gal that comes over to see my mom. She comes over and fixes breakfast for my mother, a high fiber diet. She assists with some of her dressing, reminds her to brush her teeth, gives her a shower, talks to her, gets her to exercise and does artwork with her. She does the dishes and straightens up. She also monitors my mother's health and medications. She calls me if she has any questions. The staff are all very good, kind and helpful. They also helped work with the insurance company.

It was awesome. Carol, our caregiver was wonderful. Grandpa thought she was an angel just stopping in frequently to make sure he was okay. He never knew she was being paid.
