When we called to request an estimate, we were informed first that the company was booked up for the next 2-3 months, but if we were willing to wait, then someone would be out the next day. We agreed, and the next day, Kevin came out to meet with us. We walked around the house and I explained what we wanted to have done, Kevin listened, made suggestions and priced the job. We called the company a couple of days later to schedule the work. On the appointed day, we found a note on our front door. Instead of calling or texting us, Nick had come out in person to inform us that the worker who was to have started our job had called off due to a family emergency, but would be out the following day. That extra little touch was the start of one of the best experiences we've ever had. The prep work was thorough, and above and beyond the scope of the job. The house exterior was cleaned, repairs made as needed, and painted as was agreed to. If Nick didn't like the way a certain section looked, it was redone and another coat of paint was applied. Each day, the area was tidied up, and the equipment stored neatly out of the way. After the job was completed, we found many extras had been performed such as replacing a small section of rain gutter. The final price was the amount of the estimate. This company had been highly recommended by neighbors, and we will add our recommendations as well. Pride in workmanship, willingness to go the extra step, and overall professionalism are the hallmarks of this company, and we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
