They came out, performed the work quickly and without issues and got the door to close properly. I enjoy using a service that makes it easy on me.

I called them on a Thursday and they came out on the very next Friday. They did not have the size spring needed to fix the garage door. The serviceman, Richard, said they would have to order it and probably would have it Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. I got a call Saturday that the spring was in and we scheduled the repair for Monday.

one of our cables snapped on a saturday night as we remotely opened the door upon arriving back home after being out. tri-county came out the first thing monday morning, quickly made the necessary reparis, also maintained the door and opener to the point where it has never operated better all at a much lower price than i expected. an excellent job from start to finish, these guys are the only guys i will even think to call for future repairs, grade A all the way around!

They are going to seal the garage doors, put a new garage door in, and put an opener on another door.

Called and left word on Sunday. Call was returned early Monday, a.m. Repair person came out 3 hours later, stayed 20' and did all above. I'm happy. (I had also emailed and email was returned. I told owner when he called. He said they're no longer on AOL. This is 3/9/09.)

Everything went fine. I had gotten another estimate, but this one was quite a bit less. They cleaned up everything and I was very pleased with them! They did an excellent job!

We had shopped around at some big box stores. Installation wasn't included in those places, so we called a local installer to find out how much he'd charge to install a door that was purchased elsewhere. He gave us a quote and then asked what kind of door we were looking to buy. Come to find out buying the same door from him and having it installed by him cost less and was much faster than buying it from the big box place. Plus, we got to support a locally owned company.

They came out to do the estimate very promptly, and installation was scheduled for barely a week later. When a problem was detected with the installation, they came out very quickly to rectify the issue.

They came the same day we called. They explained the problem and we felt very confident that they would be able to do the repair properly. Really pleasant people to work with.

We went over and looked at the displays at their store. We picked out the door we wanted. They came out in a few days, took out the old door and installed the new one. It only took five hours to completely perform the work. The place was left clean and they hauled away all of the debris. It went very well. The job was direct and concise. I like the way they did their presentation and communication with us. They didn't give us a high-pressure sales pitch, and told us it was up to us whether we repaired or replaced the door. They gave us a 5% Angie's List discount.

They came when they said they would. They did a good job. They were reasonably priced.

I scheduled a service call and they came when promised. They were there less than an hour and even did some extra maintenance work on the opener (IE: lubricated the track).

I could not get my garage door open. They came right away and replaced the broke cable and added roller, and oiled the roller guides.

Everyone was polite, professional and efficient. I placed a call in about 6:30am, a return phone call was received before 7:30am even though they do not open until 8am. Service was promised before noon; it was completed at about 10:30.

This is the second time I have used Tri County. They have been very responsive and prompt both times and have fixed the problems as requested. I would use them again for future needs.

THEY WERE PROMPT, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DESERVED TO BE ON YOUR RECOMMENDED LIST. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE AND NOT ONLY DID THEY REPAIR THE ONE GARAGE DOOR WITH WHICH WE HAD HAD PROBLEMS, BUT THE TECHNICIAN ALSO CHECKED AND LUBRICATED OUR OTHER GARAGE DOOR. I GIVE THEM A AAA RATING.

WE WERE REFERRED TO THEM THROUGH OUR HOME WARRANTY. THEY FIRST CAME OUT TO REPAIR OUR GARAGE DOOR. WHEN THE PROBLEM RECURRED, THEY RETURNED WITHOUT HASSLE TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE UNIT. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND REASONABLY PRICED. WE WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN.

WE CALLED THE COMPANY ON A SATURDAY MORNING AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED WITHIN 3 HOURS!! THE SERVICE MAN, JOHN, WAS FRIENDLY, POLITE AND VERY EFFICIENT. HE ALSO INSTRUCTED US ON HOW TO MAINTAIN THE DOOR ON OUR OWN.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL, PLEASANT, AND VERY CLEAN. THEY WERE ALSO PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WELL.

THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I'VE HAD THESE GUYS OUT. THE FIRST DOOR THEY DID ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO AND IT WAS TERRIFIC. I WAS HOPING TO MAKE THIS DOOR OPENER LAST A LITTLE LONGER BUT IT WAS NOT MEANT TO BE SO THEY REPLACED THIS ONE AS WELL. THE MAN WHO CAME OUT WAS FANTASTIC, GREAT JOB.

THE SERVICE REP WAS ON TIME, FRIENDLY, (BUT NOT OVERLY SO) AND DID THE JOB RIGHT.

VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE. VERY PATIENT WHILE I ASKED QUESTIONS & DID RESEARCH. THE WORK WAS VERY WELL DONE

THE RESPONSE TIME WAS UNBELIEVABLY FAST. I CALLED ON SUNDAY AND LEFT A MESSAGE. THEY RETURNED MY CALL AT 8:01 AM ON MONDAY. THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE AT 10:00 AM THAT DAY AND THE GARAGE DOOR WAS FUNCTIONAL BY 10:35 AM. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE BETWEEN 11:00 AM AND 1:00 PM. THEY DID NOT CALL TO SAY THEY WERE ARRIVING EARLY. IF I HAD NOT BEEN HOME ANYWAY THAT COULD HAVE BEEN A POTENTIAL PROBLEM. THE GARAGE DOOR WORKS FINE NOW. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

EXTREMELY PLEASANT PERSONNEL. THERE WAS A MINOR PROBLEM AFTER INSTALLATION, AND IT WAS CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY, WITH APOLOGIES. WE RECEIVED A FOLLOW UP CALL, AFTER A DAY OR TWO. JUST TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY. THEY INCLUDED A FREE KEYLESS ENTRY PAD, BECAUSE WE WERE ANGIE'S LIST CUSTOMERS.
