I would definitely use him. My mom passed away and my husband had a heart attack and he is the in the rehab and I have not been able to do anything since then to my house. He is a wonderful man. He is a great guy. He sent me an email stating, ‘I haven’t heard from you and have you made your decision’ and I didn’t want to leave him hanging so I shot an email stating, ‘I am not doing it right now as my mother passed away and right now is not the time’ and he sent me flowers and he didn’t even know me and I thought he was great. His prices are very reasonable and he is an honest guy. He came in and he told me what he would do. I will contact him as I still have his stuff. I would recommend him.

They did a nice job on the stained. They pressure washed before the stained. Their pricing was good. I had a few estimates and theirs was the best.

Brad was very responsive and professional. My only complaint was that he left two strips of the old paint on my back porch and when I asked why he didn't paint them, he said that he couldn't because then he would have to paint a bunch of other stuff, which didn't make sense to me. It is a small thing that makes the whole job seem unfinished. Other than that, he was excellent, very helpful, and the quality of work and professionalism was on target.

They were very professional. I am not going with them due to price, and they are booked up with someone else and this is a repair that I need to get done sooner. He was willing to meet my needs and did not try to up sell me. Just from talking to them, it sounds like they really care about their customers.

It was a great experience all the way around. Brad and his crew were very professional. The crew cleaned each evening. The final paint job looked great.

This is not the first time we have used Best Buy. Last year they also painted the entire exterior of our home. This time as well as last we are completely delighted. They do impeccable work. Their attention to detail is amazing. The basement went from a dingy, paint peeling mess to a refreshing usual space with personality. The bedroom looks beautiful. I want to take extra care to not that they are NEAT and CLEAN beyond neat and clean. Dust is always minimal and nothing else in the house is ever disturbed. Brad is professional, punctual and very knowledgable. They also offered creative suggestions which we took and it worked out wonderful. They will always be our painters. All I can say is do yourself a favor, don't waste your time with anyone else. They will probably be more expensive than the other quotes but the end product is MORE than worth it! You get more than what you pay for as far as I am concerned.

I liked the owner of Best Buy Painting very much. He came back and checked on things. When I had a complaint he fixed it. The only negative thing that I can say is there are places on my carpet that have paint, in the room they worked in and on the stairs. I think one of his painters was a bit sloppy.

We had some water damage following hurricane Sandy. I called a number of painters all listed on Angie's List. Best Buy had the best price and had great reviews. As it turned out, those reviews are well deserved. Brad came to the house to give an estimate. He was quick, efficient and friendly. He gave me the impression he would be very easy to work with and he was. He even showed me how I might be able to save some money and repair some of the damage myself. I appreciated that he was not out to hustle every buck he could out of me. In the weeks leading up to the actual work, I had to call Brad a number of times with questions. He never made me feel like I was interrupting him and answered all my questions thoroughly. The first day of the job, he came along with four other guys. After briefly explaining to them what had to be done, they got right to work. In the following four days, only two guys of his were here. They arrived at 8am each day if not earlier. And they always got right to work. Except for short lunch breaks, these guys were always working. I don't think they even used the bathroom once while they were here. And they worked quickly. I've painted rooms before but if I had to do what these guys did, it would have taken me months and it wouldn't have come out nearly as good. The crew was always friendly and courteous. They answered all my questions as they worked and kept me informed of what they would be doing next. At the end of each day, they cleaned up after themselves and left the house in as usable of a condition as possible. After they were totally finished, they cleaned up even better and put all the furniture back where it belonged. Days after they left, I was putting things back into closets. Since I was using a stepstool, I could see some of the trim work from angles nobody would ever see. Those hidden areas were every bit as good and as neat as the visible areas. These guys took pride in their work.

Both experiences were great. The first job involved patching a hole of approximately 15" x 15" in the ceiling where water from the shower enclosure above had saturated the drywall. The result is an invisible patch. Not only did they patch, they deduced and corrected the source of the problem in the first place, and fixed an electrical issue with the light at the location of the patch in the process. My second job involved patching hairline cracks, and more significant crackes in the ceiling in several rooms, and covering over an ugly (and moldy) decorative ceiling job in the bathroom by removing the plaster, applying a new smooth coat, painting with appropriate ceilng paint over primer. In the process, they also matched and repainted the walls around the affected areas - and went much further than they were strictly required to in order that the walls looked uniform. The workers and the owner are good people. I trust this company to be fair and thorough.

I used Best Buy Painting's website, bestbuypainting.com, to request an estimate for painting a bathroom, caulking a 2nd story palladian window, and painting the interior side of a steel entry door. I immediately received an e-mail response setting up an appointment for an estimate 2 days later. Brad arrived on time and was extremely professional. He explained exactly what would need to done in order to cover very dark blue sponge painting on the bathroom wall. He gave us a business folder that contained information about his licensing and insurance, customer comments, etc. and asked us to use the addressed envelope provided to return the contract he would e-mail us later that evening. It was so very easy working with Best Buy Painting. We received the contract via e-mail the night after the estimate. We went to the local Sherwin Williams store to choose the color of low VOC paint we'd specified. Brad actually purchased the paint. Brad arrived on time the morning of the job with several other employees. They quickly sanded the bathroom walls and caulked the exterior window. The painter, Rob, was priming the walls in less than an hour. He carefully taped off lights, fixtures, etc. While the primer dried, he worked on the front door. After the second coat in the bathroom, he was unhappy because he could still see blue shadows, so he called Brad and told him that he'd be running late because he was going to put on a 3rd coat. Rob was a pleasure to work with--he left the bathroom clean and orderly. I'll be happy to use Best Buy Painting again. The process was actually pleasant AND the pricing was reasonable for the work completed.

Brad and his crew did a nice job. The crew was very professional and my wife was impressed with their work ethic. Brad called after the job to say that they were coming back to repaint a window that they were not happy with. At the same time, he addresses a couple of minor issues to finish up. The person who painted the soffett vents needs to be more careful to avoid plugging them up with paint. Bottom line, he was not the absolute cheapest, but he is one of the absolute best at satisfaction!

They covered the hedges and plants around the house before painting. They came with a big crew and finished the work in one day.

It was great. They did a really nice job. They are very good. I am going to have the inside of my home painted in the spring and I am going to call them again. I highly recommend them.

My neighbors and myself love the work they provided. I would definitely use them in the future. I had other estimates and it was not even a matter of price. The way he acted in my home was the reason for choosing his service.

They did a wonderful job. The paint did oxidize after it was put on. Brad, the owner, got Sherwin Williams involved to come out take care of the problem.

We had our 1950s home first floor wallpaper removed prior to us moving in. We did not know our aesthetic (still not fully sure we do) so we did not want the walls painted at the time. Brad and his crew removed the wallpaper and did the work promptly. There were some regions which he advised us to not remove the old wallpaper as to not damage the underlying plaster/drywall work. These regions were sealed with appropriate primer. At the time I though the quality of work was good. There was a bit of cleanup that I did immediately afterwards, but its wallpaper removal so I though some of th dust was related to the process in of itself. I recently got to painting those walls and in all the moldings and corners there was very large amount of wallpaper debris still remaining which in my current opinion was a bit too much leftover. I think if best buy focused on some of the extra dust/dirt that was created I would have reviewed them much higher.

Best Buy called me back, and were professional. They went above and beyond. Their pricing was reasonable, and I would use them again. All A's!

Brad Pietrafese was courteous, helpful and kept us informed throughout entire process. He was working throughout under bad weather conditions, but let us know how things were progressing throughout. He and his crew did a great & efficient job. We had a problem the next morning opening our attached garage door and Brad came out and corrected the problem.

It went very well. Brad, the owner, is very professional and responded to me almost immediately each time I contacted him prior and during the job. Workers were also very professional, helpful and got along well with each other. They were friendly and very hard workers. No foul language etc. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.
