This company sets the standard for customer service. Brad and his crew were professional, courteous, detailed and punctual. Brad and his crew communicated constantly to keep me informed of their progress. I would never hire another painting company to do interior or exterior painting again. I recommend them without hesitation. My home looks amazing.

The experience was good overall. Brad was very thorough and meticulous. Before he started the work, he wanted me to know exactly what he was doing. I feel like I got what I paid for. He didn’t cut any corners at all, and he did a great job on our deck. We’ve had no problems at all and the deck looks great. I would highly recommend them without hesitation!

Everything went well (see above). Special note: Instead of removing the paint from and repainting an old door frame, they removed the entire frame and replaced it with one in natural wood, which looks much better.

Best Buy Painting exceeded my expectations when they painted the exterior of my home. The job included window trim, a front doorway, and a front door. This was very time intensive, detailed work involving three colors. Brad's painters were not only competent, but offered refinments to my color scheme and paint application plan. Brad exhibited massive amounts of patience as we experimented with different ideas. Brad understands the concept of a customer value proposition. Suberb customer value at a fair price. I will hire them again without hesitancy. ... And when I do, there will be no need to solicit estimates from other companies. Yes. Best Buy Painting is that good!

I moved into this house in January of 2010. I got estimates from several painters. When I showed Brad--the owner of BestBuy-- lower estimates that I had received, Brad was willing to reduce his estimate to a cost that was more inline with the other estimates. Brad did reduce the estimate. Because Brad struck me as professional and personable--someone I thought I could work with--I decided to have BestBuy do the work. Throughout the painting process, I had many suggestions and I made many notes of areas that needed additional attention. I found that Brad and his employees were quite responsive to that input. In the end, Best Buys transformed the interior appearance of my house.

Excellent experience. Brad arranged a time to come out to give an estimate. We then agreed on a date to start and when the project would finish. In all instances, Brad was on time, polite and friendly as were his crew. They were extremely careful not to let my cats escape and were very pet friendly. They cleaned up after themselves every day. Brad even caqme ouit three months later to give an estimate because I had a water stain in the back entrance and he repainted the area for free. I would wholeheartedly use his company again and recommend it to anyone.

Brad and his (very) professional team painted two bedrooms, the upstairs hallway, stairwell, and foyer in our Shaker Heights home. Additionally, the job required quite a bit of plaster repair ranging from minor nail fill to smoothing out walls and areas of previous moisture damage in the ceiling. Brad and Best Buy were flexible and professional in dealing with contractors (floor refinishing and bathroom remodel) that were working in other areas of the house. Brad did a beautiful job with some challenging paint colors, like deep navy blue, that would normally show imperfections. We've used other, well-known, Cleveland paint contractors in the past and feel we have found our go-to guy for painting projects, etc. The other area that left an impression....protecting the rest of my home from the dust and paint that go with the job. Brad and his crew took wonderful care of my hardwood floors, steps, and other surfaces. I would recommend Best Buy as the top-of-the-line for painting contractors.

A date was set to do the gutter cleaning and repair a hole in our siding. Before we could get the work done we had a separate problem to be addressed with another contractor. When we were again ready to have the work done the bad weather had started for the season. Brad said he would keep us in mind at the first break in the weather. He called in early January and the work was done soon after. Brad was very professional and understanding. He was great to work with.

They were able to do the work in the time frame I needed. I needed the work completed by Thanksgiving. Very satisfied, impressed, and the work was completed in 3 days. Owner came out to inspect the work. We found a few areas to touch up and an individual was sent out that afternoon to fix the problems. Overall, a great experience!

The men were on time all three days (10/18-10/21). They cleaned up after themselves and mopped the wooden floor each day so plaster, dust, and dirt would not track through the house.

Service was completed in agreed upon time frame. Brad and his crew were extremely professional and courteous. Excellent clean up job. Would definitely use company again.

I just spent a half hour telling the story and somehow it got erased and I'm frustrated. I can't go through it all again so I am just going to say in glowing terms, without the details, that working with this company was a very good and excellent experience from the very beginning of receiving the estimate until the painters left. Brad Pietrafese is the owner and an excellent communicator. His crew is experienced and skilled, neat and clean. You can't go wrong hiring this company.

They showed up on time and did an outstanding job. They are professional and courteous young men and really do know their stuff. They removed or completely taped off all areas not being painted, cleaned up everything, and were most anxious that we were completely satisfied. I never even saw them take a break. Our neighbors have all commented on how wonderful our home looks and we completely agree. I would confidently refer Best Buy Painting to anyone and have already given their information to several neighbors and friends. You can use this company with confidence!

Brad, the owner, answered my voice mail message promptly and we set up a time for his crew to do the work 2-3 days later. After the job was done, his crew foreman advised me that there should be screens over the top of the downspouts but that he didn't have any with him. This took place in the morning. I left another message with Brad that I'd like for the sceens to be installed. He sent out another crew that same day to install the screens and did not charge me extra, although I had to get the screens myself. Brad came to the house in order to make sure that his afternoon crew installed the screens, and he himself got up on a ladder to finish the work. He even lowered the charge from the estimate he had given me over the phone because the original job took a shorter amount of time than he had expected.

Their work and workers are thorough and thoughtful.

Started on the date promised and worked straight through allowing for other workmen to finish their jobs. Did not demand too much of a down payment and finished all work before requesting the final balance.

Brad was extremely professional and polite. He was prompt. He walked through all the steps he would take and wrote out a complete estimate. His workers showed up on time and Brad introduced them and stayed to supervise most of the day. The painters were conscientious and talked amongst themselves quietly and professionally. They were all a joy to work with. Brad came back for a final inspection and walk through with me.

Overall excellent work, but missed painting one part of trim correctly.

It went fine overall. Brad was very responsive and conscientious. Because of the weather, it took two months or so to get on the schedule, but then the job got finished, for the most part, in two days. There were some issues in terms of sloppy work in some areas, but Brad responded promptly by coming out to look at it on a Saturday and came out the following Monday to fix these details. The issues were minor enough to be fixed in an afternoon (more thorough scraping and repainting needed in some spots, fixing areas where paint had gotten onto window panes, etc.)
