Description of Work: Very nice people to work with. They replaced my chimney, pointed my foundation and my mothers, and jacked up my garage to repair its foundation. I was very satisfied with the pricing. I didnt feel like I was being overcharged or taken advantage of.

Description of Work: Originally hired to clean chimney. At chimney inspection found the chimney clean but water leaking from outside. The cleaned and sealed the outside of the chimney to stop leaks. But for all that money did not clean the ashes from the hearth. They did a good job fixing the leak but did not fulfill the cleaning requirement originally hired for.

Description of Work: It was a prepaid chimney sweep but the technician determined that was not needed so he did an inspection and cleaned up some dust from the fireplace. He gave me an estimate for needed repairs, which seemed very expensive, but at this time I have nothing to compare them to. The reason I say I wouldn't use them is because I can't afford those repairs, not because of the experience I had with them.

Description of Work: He arrived on time, did a very thorough inspection. Found some issues, and assured us that the fireplaces were safe as they are now. The only concern I have is that he only vacuumed out half of the two sided fireplace and I found black grit on the carpet after he left.

+ -1 moreThe first part of it was okay but I have called and left a message to have him back to do the rest of the work. It has been like two weeks. It was probably sometime late September early November. I was just charged the $99. He didn't really do any work so he didn't address the other chimney. The one chimney was already clean enough I thought. So we haven't got a lot done at this point. I hate to give them a grade since they haven't finished. What he did was wonderful while he was there but it's the follow up were not connecting so I get the house sold chimney hood done before we sold the house. He was very thorough. His explanations were very clear. He checked everything and then some, you know, and he was like he could do this because we had not approved the work on top of the crowns so he was going to come back later if my husband wanted it done. He said while I'm here I can do that and you have more time and more money on your clock so he did everything he could. I would definitely rate him really well for what he had done. He was efficient. It was just one technician they sent. I think for the package deal and everything he did was very good.
Description of Work: He cleaned out the chimney but not the one that we wanted. He inspected the chimney hood, roof, and the fireplace.

We elected not to do the major repairs or replace our stove insert, and just do not use it instead. This is a new house to us, and I wanted to ensure the chimneys were in good shape before lighting a fire in the fireplace or stove.
Description of Work: Inspection showed that we had some minor repairs, which we elected to have done, and some major problems with one of our chimneys. We were given several options and good advice.
