Description of Work: QPS was great to work with! The owner took the time to educate me on all of the features on my fireplace, including flue operation and the ash collection bin in my basement. He took photos of the chimney while up on the roof, and was able to show me masonry work that will need to be repaired in the future. When we proceed with repairs and future chimney sweeping, we won't hesitate to call them!

Description of Work: Thoroughly checked the chimney, defects were found so we did not actually have the chimney set up for winter , as it is going to require quite a bit of work . He did an excellent job of showing me the structural defects and recording them in such a way that I could see them and understood clearly what was happening.

Description of Work: They found that we need extensive work done inside the chimney, but it did not need to be cleaned. We received quotes on the installation of chinmey liners and the amount I paid Angie's list will be applied to that work
