Awesome. I told the buyer to be there early, however, the buyer showed up late (beyond the time the notary was to arrive). The notary (Roger) showed up early and waited, which certainly did not have to. I was fully prepared to pay and have him come again if the buyer was a no show (paying him of course for his time). The buyer ended up showing up and Roger completed the title notary. He also gave some handy professional advice regarding the title transfer. I am a notary myself, but I stick to basic stuff. Regardless, I cannot notarize my own signature. Having said that, I took Roger's business card for future purposes and as a good contact to have all around. He is a class act and a generally down to earth person. We chatted for the several minutes awaiting the buyer. It's rare that you feel like you did not pay enough for the service provided. She was difficult and unresponsive, but Roger returned the next day at my request and obtained the necessary documents. Some notaries would have refused, but Roger did not. I would not hesitate to hire Roger again if I never need another notary in Dublin.

AMAZINGLY WELL! I will definitely use Roger again- he went out of his way to accommodate us to get what we needed- achieved in a timely manner. Roger had other plans scheduled for the time that I had requested, and after hearing the 'urgent' nature of the request (due to time set forth by the Title Co.), he postponed his personal plans (this was on a Saturday) and met my husband and I to assist us in getting the documents notarized and into the FedEx box in time. I would recommend Roger to everyone- he's a professional 'class act'! Very impressed! I couldn't believe that Roger cared enough about MY personal situation to move his personal plans to assist us- this is a rare find in life. Fantastic. Roger suggested a FedEx store to meet at and we did 20 minutes later. He was very knowledgeable about the paperwork and walked my fiance through getting everything right. He went above and beyond in effort and kindness. We could not have ended up with a better person in this moment.

I was desperate and called Roger and I am glad I did, he met me at FedEx immediately and guided me through the closing documents and notarized them. I believe that if I had just gone to any other notary then I would have been at a loss to how to properly complete the paperwork. It is very obvious that Roger is very experienced and very confident in what he does.

Roger explained the notary process to me, especially as it pertains to documents being submitted to a foreign government. He helped me figure out what kind of notarization I needed for my documents. Roger came out a nursing on the weekend, then came to my home. I could not have asked for better service. He provided the forms, reviewed for completeness and then notarized. I would highly recommend him.

Roger was excellent to work with. The closing date changed multiple times and each time Roger was willing to rearrange his schedule so we could get the paperwork notarized on time. Roger was also very gracious and patient with my parents. They are in their 90's, so a closing that should have taken 20 minutes ended up taking an hour. He was also very thorough. The closing was 2 hours away from my parents, so any mistake meant the deal would not be done as I wouldn't be able to get their signatures redone in time.

Superlative all around!! On the work related documents he reviewed and discovered a couple of places I forgot to initial. He doesn't just scan and affix his seal. Rather he takes his time, reviews all aspects of the document(s) to ensure they're properly completed before notarizing. On the personal documentation, he not only notarized what was required, but several of them needed two witnesses and no notarization, and witnesses couldn't be family member. To take care of all of my needs, he went way above and beyond and picked up his spouse on the way to my home, and they both signed to validate the documents. Finally, as he knew the documents I was seeking his services for, he brought up the point that I neglected to have similar documents for my spouse. As I'm the sole breadwinner in our household, I had forgotten. But when he arrived, he brought all the necessary forms approved in my State for my spouse to complete, so her last requests would be addressed. That's service with a capital "S." He through, professional, and demonstrates excellence in his work. He was on time, even though he had to go out of his way to pick up his spouse due to my ignorance of needed two non family witnesses. While notarizing, he goes beyond that function, and ensures the documents are complete and legal within my State. I've used him before, and will do so again. That he comes to me is a great feature as he not only is punctual, but it doesn't interrupt my plans for the day. Actually, I will be a customer of Notary One for life!! I can't add any "dont's" as I consider this service could be a benchmark for the best of breed of notary services. My husband was working in Columbus when we received loan approval and was sent the loan doc packet. As we live in the Youngstown area this presented a time issue.
