I contacted Notary One by e-mail. Roger responded quickly and was very flexible about meeting us at a time that fit our schedules, which was later in the evening. There were many documents that must be signed and I was glad we had someone that was very familiar with real estate loans to notarize them. Roger is very friendly and conscientious - excellent service.

I called Roger at the last minute (the night before) as the real estate documents were coming in the next morning, and I needed to get them signed, notarized, and overnighted back that same day. Although Roger had a full schedule that day, he was able to make time for us. My wife and I agreed to meet him at a McDonalds near his next appointment. He arrived promptly, was very professional, and he went beyond the expected service by explaining some of the real estate jargon that I was unclear on. In all, it was fantastic service at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use him in the future.

My daughter's school camping trip permission trip needed notarized. I had a week to get it done, but procrastinated. It was especially inconvenient because my daughter's signature also needed notarized.. She is in school all day. I called Friday afternoon and made an appointment with Roger at Notary One. He allowed me to pick the time and place for him to come notarize the paperwork. He showed up the net morning right on time. He was very professional, efficient, and polite. He charged $11 for the visit to our home (travel time and such) and $2 for each notary. We needed two places notarized, so it was $15. I considered this very reasonable considering how convenient it was.

Notary One was very inexpensive. We disliked nothing, he called us back immediately. We needed somebody to do it immediately and he was able to do it for us. We got a hold of him and he came right over, he could not have been nicer! It is so much more convenient to have a mobile notary public and is such a low fee.

We had a great experience with Notary One in the past, and called Roger again recently for a home refinance. We received our at-home closing package with few days to return it. Roger met us on a Saturday evening and went through the whole package with us. He is VERY knowledgable about the process and checks and double-checks everything for the required signatures and notarizations. We could not be happier with Notary One's service.

Roger came over to our house at last minute's notice to notarize our closing papers for us. The next day, we called him again and he accommodated us then. He also helped us get all our papers organized and reviewed them to make sure we had everything we needed for closing on our house. Excellent service!

The day before our daughter was to fly out of Columbus to serve on six-and-half-week mission trip, I realized I had forgotten all about the release form she needed to have with her to even participate. The form needed to be signed by both my husband and myself in front of a notary public, and it was very near the close of the business day. As the flight was scheduled to leave at 8:30 am the following morning, I was desperately seeking someplace we could get to quickly to have the form signed. When I Googled "notary public", "Notary One Mobile Notary Public" popped up; I didn't even know such a service existed! I quickly called Roger's number and left a voicemail for him detailing our situation; he returned my call within minutes, and was not only understanding and kind, but was able to come to our home within 30 minutes! I have no idea how we would have solved our problem without him. For the fee of only $20, having a notary able to come to our location saved us so much time and stress! My husband, whose office is at home, was so impressed that he will be using him for all of his future business needs! Kudos, Roger!!

He was at our home within a half hour on a Sunday evening and took care of it! Very pleasant and professional.

Our son was scheduled for his driving exam the next morning and as we were getting all of the necessary paperwork together we realized that we needed a Notary to sign the form stating his required hours of driving. It was early evening and after several phone calls--we were given Mr. Rill's name and number. He came right to our house in a very timely manner and was friendly and professional. This is such a great service and I will keep his name in mind for future needs and for reference to friends.

Absolutely brilliant. My husband and I are young newlyweds and have an extremely limited income. While Roger provides a mobile notary service, he lives very close to us, so he graciously allowed us to come to his home. Because he allowed us to come to him, he only charged $2.00 per stamp, for a grand total of $4! He signed and stamped our papers promptly. He was very personable yet professional. He was even kind enough to offer us advice on what documents we should have in order (and, subsequently, notarized) as a newlywed couple (living will, health care power of attorney, etc). I was really, really dreading having to deal with this paperwork and red tape, but Roger of Notary One made it absolutely painless. He was a joy to work with. If I ever need anything else notarized, I have every intention of utilizing Roger's services again.

We contacted Roger via email through his profile here on Angie's List. He responded quickly and provided a great amount of information about our "close-at-home" refinance packet and process. We made an appointment to meet with him the same day. Roger was on time, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and very friendly and courteous. We could not be happier with the service he provided for us. He even offered to drop our documents at UPS for us. Excellent service!

Roger's service and demeanor were exceptional. In that I was signing papers out of state and on a very tight time line, he was knowledgeable and efficient in ensuring I did everything completely and effectively. I called him on a Friday, early evening and scheduled an in-home signing, at my convenience, on Saturday. I was able to get through ALL the signatures in time to drop off the notarized bundles at FedEx for a Monday morning delivery. Great Stuff!

Mr. Rill came to my house with very little (1 hour) notice to notarize something that was extremely time sensitive. He was courteous, professional and very helpful. As I'm new in town, he also provided me with information about the Columbus area. I hope to have more notary business for him as he's simply very pleasant.

We sold our car to an individual from Akron. He was scheduled to come to our home on a Saturday to pay for the car and drive it home. In order to complete the sale, we needed to have the title change notarized. Although, I called several notary services listed in the phone book, most of them had no notary service available on the weekend. I then called Notary One, which advertises that they come to your location. I spoke to Roger who set an appointment to come to our home that Saturday and notarize the documents. Because we were not 100% certain when the buyer would arrive, Roger graciously agreed to be flexible regarding the appointment time and asked that we just give him a call when we were ready and he would come right over. And that's exactly how it went. Roger arrived quickly, notarized the documents, and the buyer was thrilled that he didn't have to go to another location in order to complete the title change. A very convenient service and very reasonably priced!
