Informed technical would call me when he was headed my way, est. 11:30 am. Tech Tim called at 11:30 am, informed me he was 15 minutes away. Tim was very friendly. He quickly repaired both garage doors springs. He was great. Cost was exactly what was quoted by Scott. No extras. Was very pleased with them.
